Harbour Trust – Win 1 of 30 Double Passes to Red Hot Summer Tour Experience at Cockatoo Island (prize valued at $7,194)

Red Hot Summer Tour Double Pass Giveaway – T&Cs
1. This competition is being run by the Sydney Harbour Federation Trust (Harbour Trust), which manages Cockatoo
Island.
2. ‘The prize’ refers to ONE (1) double pass to attend Red Hot Summer Tour at Cockatoo Island on Sunday 9 February
2020. Each double pass includes TWO (2) tickets. The Harbour Trust has thirty (30) double passes to giveaway as part
of the competition.
3. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older by the date of the event (9 February 2020).
4. To be eligible to win the prize, entrants must complete the online competition registration form. Eligible entrants
will be required to a) provide their first and last names, b) provide their email address, c) opt in to receiving emails
about Cockatoo Island and d) submit an answer to the competition question: “In 25 words or less, describe your
perfect Red Hot Summer experience at Cockatoo Island”.
5. Prize winners will be selected based on the most original response to the competition question, which is a
discretionary decision of the Harbour Trust.
6. The prize is subject to the conditions imposed by the event organiser (Red Hot Summer Tour).
7. The competition starts at 10am AEDT on Monday 13 January 2020 and will close at 11.59pm AEDT on Wednesday
29 January 2020.
8. Winners will be individually notified by email by 5pm AEDT on Monday 3 February.
9. Once a winner replies to the Harbour Trust by email and indicates they accept the prize, they will be emailed a
digital copy of the double pass.
10. If a winner a) does not reply to the Harbour Trust’s notification email by 5pm AEDT on Wednesday 5 February
2020 or b) informs the Harbour Trust they are unable to attend Red Hot Summer Tour at Cockatoo Island on Sunday
February 9, a replacement winner will be selected and notified by 12pm AEDT on Thursday 6 February 2020.
11. The prize, which is valued at $239.80, is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged.
12. By entering the competition, entrants:
a) warrant that they meet the entry requirements and accept these terms and conditions;
b) acknowledge the Harbour Trust reserves the right to disqualify entrants if it reasonably suspects the entrant has
engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct or if there has otherwise been a breach of these competition terms and
conditions;
c) acknowledge that this competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with,
Facebook or Instagram; and
d) release Facebook, Instagram and the Harbour Trust from any liability in relation to this competition.
13. Personal information collected from entrants will be handled in accordance with the Harbour Trust’s Privacy Policy
