Great Southern Bank – Pick Your Seat to Win $50,000
Entry is only open to Australianresidents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Entries into the promotion open on 03/04/2022 and close at 5:00pm AEST on 15/05/2022 or once all seats have been selected (53,314 entrants), whichever is first (“Promotional Period”).
To be eligible to enter, individuals must undertake the following steps, during the Promotional Period:
1. Visit greatsouthernbank.com.au/pickyourseat;
2. Input the requested details including full name, valid email address contact phone number and postcode;
3. Confirm if they are an existing Great Southern Bank customer or a Carlton Football Club Member (a person does not have to be an existing customer or member to be eligible for this promotion). Carlton Football Club Members must input their current member number as proof of their membership;
4. When prompted, select a seat number from the list of Marvel Stadium seat numbers provided. There are a total of 53,314 seat numbers to choose from. Each seat number can only be selected once. Once a seat number has been selected by an entrant, it cannot be selected again by another entrant; and then
5. Submit the fully completed online entry form; Additionally, for one (1) additional entry, entrants must share the social media post prompt displayed at the end of the form. This can only be completed once.
Only one (1) initial entry is permitted per person. Carlton Football Club Members will also automatically be awarded one (1) bonus entry (which will be a replication of their seat number and NOT an additional seat number). Only one (1) additional entry is permitted per person for sharing the social media post.
The first valid entry drawn will win $50,000 awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer into the winner’s nominated Great Southern Bank Everyday Edge account. In the event the winner does not hold a Great Southern Bank Everyday Edge account, the winner will be required to:
Open an Everyday Edge Account with Great Southern Bank, which requires the winner to become a member of Credit Union Australia Limited.
Satisfy the account opening and membership eligibility criteria, available at www.greatsouthernbank.com.au.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of thepromotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete or indecipherableentries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The draw will take place at Anisimoff Legal, Suite 5, Erina Plaza, 210 Central Coast Highway Erina NSW 2250 at 10:00am 16/05/2022, in the presence of an independent scrutineer. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner will be notified by email and their name will be formally announced online at greatsouthernbank.com.au/pickyourseat on 18/05/2022.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
Total prize pool value is $50,000. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable.
A draw for the prize, if unclaimed, may take place on 20/06/2022 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner, if any, will be notified by email and their name will be announced online at greatsouthernbank.com.au/pickyourseat on 22/06/2022.
