Entries:
To enter this promotion, you must meet the following criteria:
– You must be over the age of 18.
– You must be an Australian resident.
– You must not be an ESSA employee, immediate family of an ESSA employee, or current member of ESSA.
Only one (1) entry is allowed per person.
Entries will be open from 8:00am on Monday 23 rd May 2022 AEST and will close at 11:59pm on Sunday 29th May 2022 AEST.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries are invalid.
Entries must be submitted in English (foreign languages will not be accepted).

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering the competition and will not be reimbursed
(regardless of whether or not they win).
Prize:
The Prize for this competition is one (1) Visa Gift Card to the value of $1000.00 AUD (one thousand Australian dollars).
The winner must also adhere to the Terms of Use that apply to the Gift Card.
Any additional costs associated with the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner, not the Promoter.
This prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Competition Winner:
The selection of the Winner is subject to the discretion of the promoter and cannot be contested by entrants.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
The Winner will be contacted Tuesday 2 nd June 2020.
The Winner will be announced via Exercise Right social channels (also on Tuesday 31 May 2022).
The Winner will have one (1) week to contact the Promoter to claim the prize.
The Winner is required to provide further personal details in order to receive the prize (including but not limited to full postal address, phone number, DOB).
