It is a condition of entering the promotion that entrants agree for their personal information to be added to the promoters database to be used in accordance with the purposes set out in these terms and conditions

The promoter reserves the right at any time to verify the validity of entries including contacting participating retailers and entrants including an entrant’s identity age and place of residence and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process

Entrants consent to the promoter using the entrant’s name likeness image entry photo and/or voice including photograph film and/or recording of the same in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion including any outcome and promoting any products manufactured distributed and/or supplied by the promoter

Winners will be notified by email before 5.00pm aest on the same day that the relevant draw is made
Winners of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email on friday 4th september 2020 and must confirm in writing their acceptance of the prize on the date specified by the promoter

Winners are able to redeem their $1,500 ECCO gift voucher until 5th June 2021 and redeemable on full priced product and online only. winners (one male and one female) will be drawn 12pm on the 5th June 2020 at the Promoter’s office, Suite 215-217, 4 Columbia Court Baulkham Hills NSW 2153.
Prize winners will be randomly selected.
winner must provide suitable identification to the Promoters’ satisfaction to be entitled to redeem their prize.
Winners will be notified by email before 5.00pm (AEST) on the same day that the relevant draw is made. Winner of the results of the draw will be taken by the Promoter. Winners will be published on Friday 5th June 2020 on the ECCO website and social media in a prominent place for a period of time determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
Prize draw three (3) months after the original date of the Prize Draw to distribute any unclaimed Prizes (“Unclaimed Prize Draw”) subject to any written directions given by a relevant lottery or gaming authority. Winners of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified by email on Friday 4th September 2020 and must confirm in writing their acceptance of the Prize on the date specified by the Promoter.
Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
