Terms and Conditions

The winner will be the first enrty drawn ‘out of the box’ at random after the closing date.
Judges decision is final and winners will be notified by email. Each Compettition will have a two month duration and will begin on the 1st of February, April, June, August, October and December.

The winner is chosen at random and notified by the 10th of the month following the end of each competition

A new competition starts at the beginning of each month.

The competition is not opened to the Promoter’s employees or members of their immediate family, agents or any other person who is connected with the creation or administration of this competition.

By entering this competition the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material. English Law governs the competition and any matters relating to the competition will be resolved under English Law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
The Promoter will not be held responsible for any entrant entering the competition unlawfully. If in any doubt please check with the relevant authority.

There is no cash alternative to the prize.
The yoghurt flavours are not exchangeable or refundable.
‘A year’s supply’ is determined by the manufacturer Easiyo based on research conducted based on the top selling flavours throughout the year.

Acceptance of the prize by the winner gives the Promoter the right to use the prize winner’s name for promotional purposes, both immediately after their win and in the future, unless prohibited by law.

The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability of any of the goods or services offered as prizes.

Data Protection Notice: Any personal data that you supply to the Promoter or authorise the Promoter to obtain from a third party, will be used by the Promoter (i) to administer the competition; and (ii) (unless you tell us that you prefer not to receive direct marketing) to contact you about other competitions or about other goods and services which the Promoter considers may be of interest to you. In order to process, record and use your personal data the Promoter may disclose it to (i) any organisation (whether or not connected to the Promoter) for the purpose of bringing to your attention goods and services which the Promoter considers may be of interest to you; (ii) any person to whom the Promoter proposes to transfer any of the Promoter’s rights and/or responsibilities under any agreement the Promoter may have with you; (iii) any person to whom the Promoter proposes to transfer its business or any part of it; (iv) comply with any legal or regulatory requirement of the Promoter in any country; and (v) prevent, detect or prosecute fraud and other crime. In order to process, use, record and disclose your personal data the Promoter may need to transfer such information outside the United Kingdom, in which event the Promoter is responsible for ensuring that your personal data continues to be adequately protected during the course of such transfer.
