General
1. By participating in the Dimmi Father’s Day Giveaway competition (Promotion), each participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.
2. The promoter is Dimmi, trading as Dimmi Online Restaurant Reservations, ABN 49 135 408 927 (Promoter). Trade promotion lottery permit: LTPS/17/17138
3. The Promotion commences at 10:00 (AEDT) on Monday 28th August 2017 and closes at 23:59 (AEDT) on Sunday 3rd May 2017 (Promotion Period). Prize winners will be announced daily from Tuesday 29th August – Monday 4th September at 23:59 (AEDT). Winners will be contacted via their method of entry (Instagram, Facebook or via email).
4. Entry is open to VIC, SA, WA, QLD and NSW residents only who are over 18 years of age.
How to Enter
5. To enter this Promotion you must complete the specification of the entry mechanic relevant to that prize draw.
6. This is a game of chance. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with entrants.
7. Multiple entries are permitted.
8. Entrants can only enter in their own name. The use of automated entry software, mechanical or electronic devices that allows an individual to automatically enter the competition is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
9. Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions are void. Entries will be deemed void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
Draw and Prizes
10. Judging for the prize will take place at Level 5, 214 Cleveland Street commencing from 10.00 (AEDT) on Monday 28 August 2017.
11. One (1) winner will receive one (1) prize
12. Total prize pool value is at approximately $2,500 including GST (value is split between 7 different prizes).
13. Winners of this competition will be notified via phone to their nominated mobile number on the respective prize day.
14. In this phone call the winner will be sent instructions to redeem their prize.
15. This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold, exchanged for cash.
16. If the winner cannot be contacted, the Promoter has the right to select a new winner.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the rules of the competition at any time. Personal Information and Privacy
