prize winner must commence their Koh Samui, Thailand Escape on 3 September 2018. prize does not include pre or post hotels or transfers, insurance, flights to Sydney or any additional expenditure not specifically mentioned in the Competition Terms and Conditions.
prize draw will depend on the number of Entrants in the competition for the major prize draw.
Prize is transferable but may not be redeemed for cash except for as provided in these Details of Participation.
prize pool is a minimum of AUD$2,950 and a maximum of AUD$2,950 (where there is a choice of prizes, the highest value is adopted).
prize will take place at the offices of the Promoter at 58 Kingston Drive, Gaven, Queensland 4212 at 12 pm on 25 June 2018 via a random manual drawing process. Winner will be notified by telephone within 24 hours of the draw and in writing and the winner will be published on www.cruisemegastore.com.au and www.discover365.com.au within 7 days after notifying the winner of the major prize draw.
Prize is unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 12pm at 58 Kingston Drive, Gaven, QLD, 4212 30 days after the original draw date. Winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone within 24 hours of the draw and in writing and the winner will be published on www.cruisemegastore.com.au and www.discover365.com.au within 7 days after notifying the winner.
Winner, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of participating in this competition or taking any prize, save where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
