7 recipe requirements all recipes and samples submitted by entrants must strictly comply with the following requirements
Coopers is not responsible for any miscategorised entries or entries that arrive damaged or incomplete or without a properly attached label
All entries and associated samples are final and cannot be changed once submitted to coopers
Judging after the end of the competition period all qualifying entries will be judged by appropriately qualified judges selected by coopers in accordance with the following procedure
I state finals judges will determine four 4 qualifying entries in each of the five state/territory zones below which are judged to be the overall best of show from all qualifying entries received in each state/territory zone state finalists i.e there will be a total of 20 state finalists)
If coopers is not satisfied that the preferred entrant has complied with the conditions and/or that the recipe or process is unsuitable for commercial production by coopers coopers will revert to the judges to identify replacement preferred entrants until a national winner is able to be identified and announced
Coopers reserves the right to close the competition without announcing a national winner or making any other compensation to entrants in the event a national winner cannot be identified from the state finalists
Verification of entrant entrants can only enter in their own name
