Child Magazines – Win family ticket to Auto Obsession at the Power House Museum

CHILD magazines is giving away two family passes (admits four, each valued at $38), courtesy of Powerhouse Museum. The passes are valid until 26 October 2014.

The Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences will showcase for the first time its car collection in a new display at the Powerhouse Museum. Featuring over 25 restored and original historic cars, from luxury tourers and family sedans to racing and sports cars, Auto Obsession runs from 9 August to 26 October 2014.

Many of the cars in the exhibition are time capsules of automotive history, having had little work done on them other than preservation. The display will include one of the most popular cars in the collection, the 1959 Goggomobil Dart – a little red sports car made in Sydney by Bill Buckle, as well as the 1965 Rolls-Royce Phantom V, used between 1966 and 1981 as NSW Governor’s official car.
