B entries that are incomplete illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void
C entry is conditional upon entrants purchasing a 100ml shawn mendes fragrance in a single transaction and providing proof of such transactions in the form of a valid purchase receipt number
D the promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost stolen illegible misdirected or damaged however caused
F multiple entries by eligible entrants are accepted subject to entrants holding multiple proofs of purchase with different valid purchase receipt numbers for shawn mendes fragrances

prize awarded by the Promoter is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any valuable consideration, in particular for money. prize or attempt to exchange the prize for valuable consideration, will result in the cancellation of the prize. winners ONLY, will be arranged by the Promoter and the prize winners will be expected to be available on December 3 2017.
prizes do not include any airport transfers, cab fares or spending money.
winners will be selected on Monday 30 October 2017
winners will be randomly selected using automated competition drawing software.
winners will be notified by SMS or email by 5.00pm on 30 October 2017. prize by 5.00pm on 1 November 2017, the entrant may forfeit their prize and the Promoter may award a prize to the next best entrant at 5.00pm 2 November 2017. winner within the abovementioned time, the decision not to award an entrant who cannot be contacted a prize is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter, and can be made at any time after the Competition winners have been selected.
