Entry Instructions
To enter individuals must:

2. Complete the “Which House Husband Are You Most Like?” quiz by answering a series of multiple choice questions;
3. Followthepromptstothecompetitionentryform,completethe requested details including their full name, valid email address, State/Territory of residence and telephone number;
4. AgreetotheCompetitiontermsandconditions;and
5. Submit the fully completed competition entry form.
The Promoter takes no responsibility should an entrant not have the software, hardware or internet access or data plan that would permit access to and use of the App. The App is free to download. Standard carrier fees will apply to the download and use of the App but there is no additional charge for the App itself.
Any cost associated with accessing the internet or downloading data on a device is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.

PRIVACY
Entrant personal information (“PI”) will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this Competition and its winners and, if an entrant consents, may be used to market its services to the entrant. The PI of winners may be provided to others assisting, including prize suppliers and deliverers, and to authorities that regulate this Competition. By participating in this Competition, in addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, each entrant acknowledges and consents to the Promoter marketing its services (including services of its related businesses) to the entrant and sending (including via electronic means) to the entrant news, events, offers and direct marketing messages regarding products and services available through any or all of the Promoter’s services. The Promoter will handle the entrants’ personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Statement which is available at www.mi9.com.au/privacy. Any complaints regarding the treatment of PI should also be directed to the Promoter using the details set out in Condition 1.26 and will be dealt with by the Promoter in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Entrants may contact the Promoter at the address given below to request access to any of their collected PI that is still held. If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested PI, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win a prize. The Promoter will not disclose any PI outside of Australia.

Prize(s), the method by which they are awarded, any additional conditions that apply to the prize(s), and their individual values –
The first valid entry will win their choice of either $20,000 worth of home improvement services OR $20,000 worth of home appliances.
The home improvement services prize may include home services of one (1) of the following tradespeople:
1. Licensedbuilder;
2. Interior designer (including supply and
installation of home furnishings or window furnishings);

3. Bathroom/kitchen/laundryrenovation specialist;
4. Landscapedesigner;
5. Painter;
6. Flooringspecialist(includinglaying
carpet, timber floorboards, etc.); or
7. Electrician(includingsupplyand
installation of heating/cooling or TV/AV equipment).
The total maximum value of any home services provided as part of the home improvement services prize will be $20,000, including labour, materials, delivery fees, installation, optional extended warranties, GST and any other costs arising from any service.
Where a suitable/reputable local trade supplier or service provider from any category is unavailable for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to decline to provide that service option in its absolute discretion.
If the winner has a preferred trade supplier or service provider that they wish to use, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to decline the request if the trade supplier/service provider does not meet the Promoter’s criteria including licensing/reference.
The home appliances prize comprises of the winner’s choice of any product/s available in their nearest Harvey Norman retail store up to the value of $20,000, including any additional delivery fees, installation, optional warranties and GST.
Prize Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of either the Home Improvement Services or Home Appliances prize options are subject to the following additional terms and conditions:
 Winner must finalise the prize arrangements within ninety (90) days of the draw and all deliveries associated

with the prize must be completed within
twelve (12) months of the draw date;
 Prize must be redeemed for services
through one (1) service provider/trade only supplier and cannot be separated into multiple purchases;
 The service provider/trade supplier will be chosen at the discretion of the Promoter in consultation with the winner. If agreement cannot be reached, the Promoter’s decision will be final;
 The winner must agree that they will not sell or otherwise provide their story relating to this promotion and/or photographs relating to this promotion to any media or other organisation;
 The Promoter and its agencies (including 33 Degrees Worldwide Pty Ltd (“33 Degrees”)) shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, or substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever, by any service provider/trade supplier in relation to the prize;
 The Promoter and its agencies (including 33 Degrees) shall not be liable for any loss or damage to property, or for injury, illness or death, or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising from loss or negligence due to the act, error or negligence of any person not in their direct employ;
 Supplier contracts in use by the service providers/trade suppliers delivering the prize shall constitute the sole contracts with respect to any works and such contracts shall be solely between the winner and such service providers/trade suppliers. The Promoter and its agencies (including 33 Degrees) shall not be parties to such contracts and shall assume no responsibility for any damage, action or negligence arising as a result of dealings between the winner and such service providers/trade suppliers.
 The winner’s use of any home improvement services in connection

with the prize shall constitute agreement and acceptance of the terms and conditions of service as specified by the individual service provider/trade supplier; and
 The winner will be responsible for gaining any required council or strata permissions (including any associated costs) before commencement of any home improvement services and the winner will be required to provide written evidence of such to the Promoter.

2. WHO MAY ENTER
The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes are those who: (i) are residents of the place specified in Condition 1.1; (ii) meet the criteria, if any, specified in Condition 1.2; (iii) if an age is specified in Condition 1.3, have attained the age specified in that Condition; and (iv) are not: (a) employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with this Competition, or of any entity specified in Condition 1.4; or (b) members of the immediate family of any such employees or contractors.
“Immediate family” means spouse, defacto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the employee/contractor.
3. ENTRANTS BOUND BY CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions.

4. ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS
Entry instructions form part of these conditions.
Where SMS entry is permitted, SMS entries may only be sent from the entrant’s own mobile phone. SMS entries sent from other sources (eg computers) are invalid.
5. AUTOMATIC AND NON-PERMITTED ENTRIES
Any entry that is not lodged by the entrant, that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents, including the use of a competition entry service, will void all entries by that entrant.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to invalidate any entries which it reasonably suspects have been submitted using false, incorrect, fraudulent or misleading information, including but not limited to personal details and contact information and/or which have been submitted through the use of multiple identities, handsets, email addresses or accounts.
The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid if the entrant: (i) fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Competition to the Promoter’s satisfaction; or (ii) submits an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions.
6. NUMBER OF ENTRIES PER ENTRANT
An entrant may enter no more than the number of times specified in Condition 1.5.
7. COST OF ENTRY
Where entry is permitted by SMS, 1900/1902 call or post, the cost of submitting each permitted entry, including any GST, is as specified in Condition 1.6
8. DURATION

This Competition commences at the Sydney time specified in Condition 1.7 on the date specified in Condition 1.8.
Entries must be received by the Sydney time specified in Condition 1.9 on the date specified in Condition 1.10.
9. DRAW TO DETERMINE WINNERS
The draw to determine winners will take place at the address specified in Condition 1.11 at the Sydney time specified in Condition 1.12 on the date specified in Condition 1.13.
The Promoter’s decisions are final and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence.
10. PRIZE(S)
The prize(s), the method by which they are awarded, any additional conditions that apply to the prize(s), and their individual values in Australian dollars, are as specified in Condition 1.14. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in prize values.
The maximum total value of all prizes in this Competition, in Australian dollars, is as specified in Condition 1.15.
Except with the written consent of the Promoter, prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and non-cash prizes cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter has absolute discretion as to whether it will provide such consent and need not provide any reasons to any person for providing or withholding consent.
If a prize, or any part of a prize, is “cash”, the “cash” will be paid by cheque drawn in favour of the winner.

In the event that any prize item is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to the approval of any relevant trade lottery authority, to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value.
11. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner(s) will be notified by the means specified in Condition 1.16, using the contact details provided in their entry.
12. WINNER PUBLICATION
The name and suburb of the winner(s) of prizes valued at more than $250 will be published (i) in the publication specified in Condition 1.17 (if any) on the date specified in Condition 1.18 (if any), and (ii) on the website specified in Condition 1.19, from the date specified in Condition 1.20 until the date specified in Condition 1.21.
13. UNCLAIMED PRIZES
Subject, where relevant, to any written directions given under the legislation regulating this Competition, if a prize is unclaimed by the winner drawn under Condition 9, (i) that winner will forfeit all entitlement to their prize, and (ii) the prize will then be awarded in a further draw to be held at the time, on the date and at the place specified in Condition 1.22. Winners (if any) of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by the method outlined in Condition 1.23 using the contact details provided in their entry. The names and suburbs of the winner(s) in this draw of prizes valued at more than $250 will be published in the publication specified in Condition 1.24 on the date specified in Condition 1.25.
14. TAXES
Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of a winner receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
15. NO QUALITY, ETC, REPRESENTATIONS

The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability/merchantability of any of the goods/services offered as prizes.
16. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for: (i) inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information,
(ii) purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions,
(iii) any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software,
(iv) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website,
(v) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the Competition (including without limitation manipulation or tampering with the entry process),
(vi) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Competition,
(vii) any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner,
(viii) any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this Competition or participating or using any element of a prize.
A winner must sign and return any legal documentation, including but not limited to a liability release and indemnity, provided by the Promoter, its

contractors and/or any prize suppliers as a condition of a prize being awarded. Failure to return the signed documentation will result in the entitlement to the prize being forfeited and the selection of another winner.
This condition does not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its servant or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having the prize supplied again.
17. OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES
All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter.
18. PUBLICITY
The winners consent to the use of their name, suburb of residence and image for promotional and marketing purposes and agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by the Promoter.
19. TAMPERING AND OTHER FAILURES
If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, manipulation, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who manipulates or tampers with the entry process or who may benefit from such manipulation or tampering and, subject to the approval of those authorities that have issued permits for the conduct of this Competition, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION ON A WEBSITE, OR TO OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS COMPETITION,

MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, WHETHER SUCCESSFUL OR NOT, THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
20. HEADINGS
The headings in these conditions are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
21. ENTIRE CONDITIONS
These conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties relating to the entry into and the conduct of this Competition.

The Promoter is the entity specified in Condition 1.26.
23. PERMITS
The permits/licence issued for the conduct of this Competition are specified in Condition 1.27.
