prize draw on Tuesday 4 February 2020 at 10.00am AEDST at Level 2, 11 York Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000. winners will be notified by phone and/or email by 5pm on Wednesday 5 February AEDST and published at www.tpal.com.au/promo/kraken by 11 February 2020.

winner does not take the prize at a time determined by the Promoter, then the prize (or an element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
prize (or an element of a prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that element of the prize) with another prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a lottery authority.
prize remains unclaimed then the unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at the original draw location at 10.00am AEDST on Monday 4 May 2020, subject to any directions from the lottery authority.
