Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
Australian residents aged 18 years or over are eligible to enter this Promotion, excluding residents of
Tasmania and Northern Territory. Employees of the Promoter (or any related entity of the Promoter)
and their Immediate Families are not eligible to enter this Promotion.
2. Entry
By entering this Promotion, the entrant accepts these terms and conditions. A person may only enter
this Promotion once and must enter this Promotion during the Promotion Period. In order for the
Promoter to notify the winner, the entrant must provide his or her full name, postcode, contact
number and e-mail address upon request. The Promoter may deem an incomplete entry invalid.
Entrants agree to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and to receive deal email alerts (that they can opt-out
of at anytime). To enter, entrants must upload a video of their version of a ‘Screamin’ Good Deals ad’
as a Video using one of the following entry methods:
1. By completing the online entry form available on the Catch website
(www.catch.com.au/competition) providing the link to their video and email address;
Or:
2. By uploading their video directly to the Catch Facebook Page
(https://www.facebook.com/CatchAustralia/) with the hashtags #ScreaminGoodDeals and
#Catch;
Or:
3. By uploading their video to their personal Instagram Page, with the hashtags
#ScreaminGoodDeals and #Catch. Please note, if entering via this method, the entrant’s
Instagram account must be set to public in order for entry to be considered.
3. Prize
There will be a total of 32 individual prizes (32 winners). Prizes are as follows:
Daily Prize (28 Winners)
o Each day, a winner will be chosen from the pool of entries submitted to receive a $250
Catch Gift Card.
o Gift Cards are subject to the standard terms and conditions, available here:

o The daily prize may only be won by each entrant once.
Runner Up Prizes (3 Winners)
o 3 runners up will each receive a $1000 cash prize.
Grand Prize (1 Winner)
o The overall winner will receive a $5000 cash prize.
The total prize pool is valued at up to $15,000. Cash prizes will be provided to the winners in the form
of a crossed-cheque, or in the form of an Electronic Funds Transfer if the winner so requests. Prizes are
not transferable or exchangeable and Gift Cards cannot be substituted for cash. If a prize is
unavailable, the Promoter may substitute that prize with a prize that is equal in value or type, subject
to any written directions from a regulatory authority. The Prize will be subject to the terms and
conditions of the provider of the Prizes.
4. Draw
This is a game of skill – the winners will be chosen based on their entry submission. The winner of the
daily prize will be drawn at 12pm AEST each day, from the pool of entries collected so far. The runners
up and grand prize winner will be chosen at 12pm AEDT 19.10.2017, after the conclusion of the
Promotion Period. The draw for the prizes will take place at the Promoter’s Office. The Promoter
reserves the right to request the winner provide proof of identity and/or proof of residency. The
Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of any prize claim or entry before
awarding the prizes.
5. Winners
The winners of the prizes will be announced on the Promoter’s Facebook and Instagram page and
website (www.Catch.com.au) from 3pm AEDT on 19.10.2017. The winners of the prizes must sign any
release form that may be required by the Promoter or supplier of a prize. After announcement of the
winners, the Promoter will notify the winners via email or personal message to arrange delivery of the
prize.
6. Unclaimed or forfeited prize
If a prize is unclaimed or forfeit, the Promoter will draw a winner for the unclaimed prize 1 month after
the initial draw at 12pm AEDT on 19.10.2017, using the same method specified in section 4 and will
notify the winner using the same method specified in section 5. The redraw will take place at the
Promoter’s Office.
7. Forfeited prize
The Promoter may forfeit a prize if a winner refuses to sign any release form specified in section 5 or a
winner refuses to accept a prize in accordance with these terms.
8. Entrant’s personal information
By entering this Promotion, the entrant consents to:
a. the Promoter, or any of its affiliated entities, using the entrant’s details for future marketing
and promotional purposes, except if notified otherwise by the entrant;
b. if entrants are winners, the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and voice in any
media platform; and
c. disclosing the entrant’s personal information to third parties, including agents, contractors
and suppliers of the Promoter. For the Promoter’s privacy policy, please see

9. Promoter’s rights
The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and
place of residence). The Promoter may disqualify an entrant who submits an entry that is not in
accordance with these terms and conditions, who tampers with the entry process or who uses
automated entry software or other mechanical or electronic means that allows a person to
automatically enter repeatedly. The Promoter may either disqualify an entrant or modify, suspend,
terminate or cancel this Promotion if this Promotion is interfered with or this Promotion is not capable
of being conducted as reasonably expected due to a reason beyond the control of the Promoter,
including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, subject to any written directions
from a regulatory authority.
By providing video or other content to the Promoter pursuant to this competition (“Content”), you
irrevocably authorise and grant to the Promoter, its successors and assigns a perpetual and royalty
free right and licence to reproduce, publish, communicate to the public, edit, adapt, alter and
otherwise use such Content on its social media pages, website or any other medium whatsoever and
you release and forever hold harmless the Promoter from any claim you or any third party may have in
relation to such use of the Content.
10. Promoter’s liability
To the maximum extent permissible by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, expense,
damage or liability (including death or personal injury) that may be suffered or incurred by a person in
entering this Promotion or accepting and using the prizes, howsoever arising. If the Promoter is liable,
the Promoter’s liability is limited to either resupply of the goods or services. This section 10 does not
alter a person’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Definitions
For this Promotion, the following terms have the following meanings:
Term Meaning
AEST/AEDT AEST means Australian Eastern Standard Time. AEDT means Australian
Eastern Daylight Time.
Immediate Family Any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-
child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent,
step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-
brother, step-sister or first cousin.
