Facebook Competition Terms & Conditions.

1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.

2. The promoters of this competition are The Lembongan Traveller and Buggybuddys (the ‘Promoters’)

3. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. By entering the competition you certify you are over 18 years of age. Employees, and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies are ineligible to enter.

4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including entrants identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrants for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.

5. The competition commences at 6pm (AWST) on Wednesday 19th March 2014 and closes at 5pm (AWST) on Wednesday 16th April 2014. Any entry received after the close of the competition will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.

6. To enter the competition you must submit your requested details at The Lembongan Traveller’s official Facebook page.

7. The promoter reserves the right to remove and exclude any entry from the competition at any time. Any use of robotic, mechanical, automatic, programmed or like methods of participation will void each entry made in this way.

COMPETITION SPECIFICS

DRAW DATES

1. The winner will be drawn on Thursday 17th April 2014 by one of The Promoters or one of their agents and the winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw.

2. The winner will be notified by email or telephone.

3. Decisions of the promoter and agencies is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

PRIZE

1. The prize is 3 nights in a 1 bedroom pool villa at Lembongan Beach Club. The prize includes breakfast daily for 2 people, a restaurant voucher valued at $15 per person, return boat transfers from Bali – Nusa Lembongan and 1 hour spa treatment for 2 people at Tjendana Spa. Also included is 1 nights accommodation at Dampati Villas, Sanur for 2 people.

2. Prize value at over $1400

3. The prize can not be transferred or redeemed for cash.

4. The prize does not include any travel or incidental expenses. These will be paid for by the prize winner.

5. The prize is valid for 12 months, but excludes the following dates: 15th July 2014 – 31st August 2014 (inclusive) and 21st December 2014 – 5th January 2015 (inclusive).

6. You agree that the promoter may use your entry and personal details provided to the promoter for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes of the Promoter.

7. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. By participating, you hereby release and hold Facebook from any and all liability associated with this promotion.
