Brisbane City Council’s Green Heart Fair – Win a Pedal Lightning electric hybrid bike

Competition entry is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Promoter of the competition is Brisbane Sustainability Agency ACN 099 480 010.

Prize: There is one x Pedal Lightning electric hybrid bike valued at $2199. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any additional expenses incurred by the prize winners, other than those outlined in these competition conditions, are the responsibility of the prize winners.

The competition period: The competition will commence at 6pm Sunday 26th May 2024 and close at 11.59pm Sunday 2 June 2024.

Eligibility: To be eligible to enter this competition, a person must: Fully and correctly complete the survey form and accept all terms and conditions. Not be an employee or contractor of Brisbane Sustainability Agency or an immediate family member of an employee or contractor of Brisbane Sustainability Agency.

Competition draw & notification: One (1) winner will be randomly drawn from all entries. The draw will take place by 4pm Monday 3 June 2024 at Level 20, 307 Queen Street, Brisbane. Brisbane Sustainability Agency’s decision in relation to the draw, the competition and the winners are final and no correspondence will be entered into with any participant. The winner will be notified by phone call/email.

Re-draw: If the competition winners do not claim their prizes by 11:59am Monday 10th June 2024, the Promoter will redraw the prize until a contactable winner has been located and the prize is claimed.
