Prize winners agree to release and hold harmless facebook inc and its respective subsidiaries and affiliates and each such company’s officers directors employees and agents from and against any cause of action including but not limited to personal injury death damage to or loss of property arising out of participation in the boral landscape desinger competition or receipt or misuse of any prize

winner’s screenshot may be posted to Boral’s Facebook and Instagram pages once the Competition has ended.
prize remains unclaimed by the 15th of March 2019, the prize will be allocated to the next contestant who best meets the judging criteria.
prize pool is valued at up to $1,469 (Inc. GST). prize values between now and the prize redemption date.
prize is both a 6th generation Apple iPad (32GB WiFi, colour will be selected at random), and a discount of up to $1,000 (Inc. GST) in the form of a one-time, single use promotional code on any order on the Boral Landscaping Online Store. prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
