C any winner that does not reside in the state victoria will be awarded return economy airfares for the photoshoot with the face value of each airfare not exceeding $750
D the promoter will also award one night’s twin share hotel accommodation with the face value of the hotel rooms nominated by the promoter not exceeding $250

A competition entries can be made from 9:00am aest on monday 14 august 2017 until 5:00pm aest on friday 15 september 2017 through bondi protein co’s website
B entries that are incomplete illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void
C entry is conditional upon entrants visiting the url above and completing the online questionnaire in addition to supplying 1 x tight face shot and 1 x full face/body shot
The promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are lost stolen illegible misdirected or damaged however caused
I the promoter is entitled to use any of the entries submitted in any manner and for any purpose at its absolute discretion including using the entries for future promoter’s or their agents book publications promotional marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant
J the promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries at any time during or after the competition period and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions

Prize is a 24-month contract/national campaign to be the face of Bondi Protein Co. This will incorporate a campaign photoshoot for national advertising, online and billboards, as well as a full-page feature story in the November House of Wellness Lift-Out, which has over four million readers. winner will be paid $5K per year of the 24-month campaign, as well as have the opportunity to attend Bondi Protein Co’s stand at Health and Fitness Expo’s in Melbourne (13 – 15 October) and Brisbane (21 – 22 October) with flights and accommodation paid for by Bondi Protein Co.
prize awarded by the Promoter is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any valuable consideration, in particular for money. prize or attempt to exchange the prize for valuable consideration will result in cancellation of the prize. winner that does not reside in the state Victoria, will be awarded return economy airfares for the photoshoot with the face value of each airfare not exceeding $750 per return airfare.
prizes do not include any airport transfers, cab fares or spending money.
winner will be selected/revealed on Tuesday 26 September 2017.
winner will be judged by an internal panel.
winner will be notified by SMS or email by 5:00pm on Wednesday 23 September 2017. prize by 5:00pm on Friday 29 September 2017, the entrant may forfeit their prize and the Promoter may award a prize to the next best entrant by Wednesday 4 October 2017. winner within the above-mentioned time, the decision not to award an entrant who cannot be contacted a prize is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter, and can be made at any time after the Competition winner has been selected.
