Beautiful Accommodation – Win an Amazing Fitness Escape

2. Information on prizes and how to enter the Beautiful Accommodation Ultimate Active Getaway promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. The promotion consists of a Competition using an entry mechanism of game of skill.
3. Competition entries open on Monday 28 January 2018 at 12:00 AM and entries close on Wednesday 28 February 2018 at 11:59 PM.
4. To be eligible, the entrants are required to enter the promotion and answer in 25 words or fewer: ‘What makes the perfect active getaway?’
5. By entering the competition, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
6. Competition entry is open to Australian residents, over the age of 18 years; excluding employees and their immediate families of Hardie Grant and prize partners.
7. The prize is a three-day, three-night Scenic Rim Trail experience in Queensland organised by Spicers Retreats for two people ($4,380), 1 x $100 Lorna Jane voucher and Active Living Diary ($39.99), and a 12-month Fernwood Fitness Health Club membership ($1144).
Total prize is valued at $5,664. Prize values are correct at time of publishing and are subject to change.
8. Prize redemption rules:
a) Fernwood Fitness 12-month Membership: The prize is one (1) 12-month membership at the winner’s closest Fernwood Fitness Health Club, valued at $1144. Fernwood Fitness are women’s-only fitness centres. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or pricing discount. For health and safety purposes the winner will be required to complete a health screen questionnaire. Prize is non-transferable, substitutable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash (including any unused portion). The winner will receive a voucher from Fernwood to redeem at their nearest Fernwood Health Club.
b) Lorna Jane Voucher and Active Living Diary: The prize is $100 voucher valid until 21/12/2018 redeemable for merchandise at participating Lorna Jane stores and online. Not redeemable for cash and is subject to redemption terms and conditions printed on the voucher. Active Living diary valued at $39.99. The winner will receive the prize voucher and Active Living Diary in the mail.
c) Spicers Retreats Scenic Rim Trail: The prize will be subject for the 2018 season (March-November), subject to availability, booking essential. The prize is a 3 day and 3-night walk experience staying at Spicers Canopy each evening inclusive of all activities, meals, beverages plus hire of hiking equipment. Flights and transfer to and from the start and end points of the experience are not included. The winner will receive a voucher from Spicers Retreats to redeem the prize. Prize element is valued at $4,380.
9. No element of the prize is transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
10. If any element of the prize becomes unavailable, then the prize provider has the right to exchange it for something of similar value.
11. Meals outside of the prize element, insurance, transport external to car-rental prize element, to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges, spending money and all other ancillary costs are not included.
12. Competition entry is a game of skill and winning entries are selected based on the creativity of entries submitted, by a judging panel.
13. The winning entry is selected on or before Monday 5 March 2018 at 4:00 PM at HXG, Building 1, 658 Church Street Richmond VIC 3121 Australia.
14. Prize winners will be contacted by the Promoter via email within 24 hours of the winning entry selection. If prize is unclaimed by the prize winner within five business days, the prize will be transferred to the next best entry.
15. No correspondence will be entered into in relation to the winner selection. The judges’ decision is final and binding.
16. Prize winner’s entry, name and state may be used for marketing purposes and entrants agree to this use without compensation.
17. Each prize element is subject to the standard terms and conditions of each individual prize provider.
18. Winners may be required to present credit card at time of accommodation check in and at Health Club membership registration.
19. Prize redemption is via email directly with accommodation prize provider, and all prize elements as outlined in section 8. Prize winners must provide a 30-day lead time for accommodation.
20. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage which is suffered in connection with the prize (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss).
21. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any technical issues that would cause an entry not to be received by the Promoter and takes no responsibility for any error or omission of entries.
22. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information is governed by the HGX Privacy Policy which can be found at: http://www.beautifulaccommodation.com/privacy.
23. Entries become the property of the Promoter and the Promoter is the owner of all copyright and intellectual property of entry responses.
