Prize is valued at a maximum of $1,668.00 and consists of two tickets to Port Fairy Folk Festival, a campervan for two people and one camping site.
PRIZE POOL FOR THIS PROMOTION IS VALUED AT A MAXIMUM OF $1,668.00
Winner or any other party if any Prize is unavailable for any reason.
Prize cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Prize may not be transferred.
Winner to take part in any or all aspects of any Prize, if the Promoter determines, in its absolute discretion, that the Winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the Prize.
Winners are advised that tax implications may arise from them winning a Prize and they should seek independent financial advice prior to accepting a Prize.
Prizes will be awarded to the people who own the email accounts used to make the winning entries.
Prize become the responsibility of the shortlisted contestants and Winner, including (without limitation) any transport and incidentals not covered by Beat Magazine when filming the video itineraries.
Prize must be taken together as a five shooting day package. Winner does not take the Prize or an element of the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner.
Winner must pickup and return the campervan in Melbourne.
