In submitting your photo, you confirm that: (a) You are its sole author and owner of the copyright; (b) You have the right to give Balsam Hill Australia permission to use your photo for the purposes specified in these rules; (c) You have the consent of anyone who is identifiable in your photo or the consent of their parent/guardian if they are minors; (d) Your photo does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

We are now accepting entries for our annual once upon a christmas photo contest

Up to three 3 entries from one e mail address or instagram or twitter account are allowed provided that each entry is unique

All entries must be complete and received before the end of the submission period to be eligible for voting

Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same device instagram/twitter account or email address

All entries become the property of balsam hill australia and will not be returned

All participants in the contest are allowed to share their photo entries to spread the word about the contest and encourage friends and families to vote for their entries via our official contest app

By accepting the prizes the winners agree to the release or his or her name likeness and/or entry or entries for potential publicity purposes where permitted by law

Winners will be notified via facebook announcement and via private message or e mail and will be required to complete and return a certificate of eligibility within seven 7 days of date of notification or alternate winners may be selected

Prizes the winners agree to the release or his or her name likeness and/or entry or entries for potential publicity purposes where permitted by law

Winner submitting an entry, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the e-mail account is opened. WINNER SELECTION/DRAWING
Winners will be announced on or before 3 January 2019.

* To one (1) grand prize winner, Balsam Hill Australia will award one (1) Balsam Hill Australia Gift Voucher in the amount of $AU300.
* To one (1) second place winner, Balsam Hill Australia will award one (1) Balsam Hill Australia Gift Voucher in the amount of $AU200.
* To one (1) third place winner, Balsam Hill Australia will award one (1) Balsam Hill Australia Gift Voucher in the amount of $AU100.
* To one (1) lucky voter, Balsam Hill Australia will award one (1) Balsam Hill Australia Gift Voucher in the amount of $AU100.
prizes shall not exceed $AU600. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Sponsor.
Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prizes (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value.
