The judges will then determine the best three 3 entries in each category submitted in the nomination period who will be deemed a finalist in their nominated category and proceed to round 2 of judging finalists
The judges may select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the next best and record them in order in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant
