Terms and Conditions
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and older.
2.2 Employees of Australian Tourist Park Management (ATPM), NRMA, Kempsey Shire Council and associated park and resort managers, park employees and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Employees of all divisions of Macleay Valley Coast Holiday Parks and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step- brother, step-sister or first cousin.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences at 9am on 4th September 2017 (AEST) and concludes at 5pm on 18th September 2017 (‘the competition period’).
3.2 To enter the competition, entrants must enter the required details into the appropriate form on Gleam.io. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. PRIZES
4.1 A total of one prize will be awarded at the end of the competition period. The draw will take place on 19 September 2017. Winner will be notified by via email or telephone within 7 days after the competition has been drawn.
4.2 For any unclaimed prizes, a redraw will take place at 9am on 15 December 2017 at ATPM Head Office, they will be contacted via email or telephone. If the winner does not respond to email/s or phone call/s and claim the prize within the stipulated timeframe, the prize will be redrawn.
4.3 Prizes per park are stipulated
A 5-night cabin stay or 7-night site stay valid at any of the below 5 Macleay Valley Coast Holiday Parks in the below specified accommodation.
· Grassy Head Holiday Park; Standard Cabin
· Stuarts Point Holiday Park; Ensuite Cabin
· Horseshoe Bay Holiday Park; 1 Bedroom Cabin
· Hat Head Holiday Park; Cabin
· Crescent Head Holiday Park; Lakeside Cabin
4.4 This prize must be redeemed within 12 months of issue date during low or mid-season (season calendars are available on park websites) and is subject to availability. If for any reason the winner does not use the prize before its expiry, the prize will not be redeemable for cash and will be forfeited.
4.5 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
4.6 By entering the draw, entrants give ATPM permission to announce the winner (including their first name and suburb) on any of the Macleay Valley Coast Holiday Parks’ Facebook pages.
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 Entrants who have successfully entered the competition over the competition period by registering all details in accordance with clause 3 will be entered into the prize draw. The draw will take place at the office of Australian Tourist Park Management, Suite L218A, Level 2 The Strand at Coolangatta 72-80, Marine Parade, Coolangatta QLD 4225 at midday on 19 September 2017.
5.2 The draw will be a computerised draw using the random winner selection option in Gleam.io competition platform and will take place at ATPM Head Office.
5.3 The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 The promoter cannot cancel or postpone the competition without the written authority of the regulatory authority
6.2 ATPM and associated holiday parks and resorts take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 ATPM and associated holiday parks and resorts will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
