To enter the Competition, all eligible persons must between 9.00 am (AEDT) on Friday, 22 October 2021 and 11.59 pm (AEDT) on Monday, 29 November 2021 (Competition Period):
(a)visit http://archierosecomp.com.au/ (Archie Rose Promotional Website) to provide the following:
(i)personal details of the relevant eligible person; and
(ii)describe your favourite place to enjoy a glass of Archie Rose Whisky in 25 words or less
Subject to clause 28 below, an eligible person will submit an entry into the Competition after complying with clause 6.
Each eligible person may only submit one (1) entry to the Competition.
Details of Prize:
The first prize winner of the Competition will receive:
(a) 2 nights accommodation at Whitton Malt House Villas at Voyager Craft Malt in Griffith, NSW for 2 people
(b) Bottle #25 of our Trials & Exceptions – Sandigo Heritage Rye Malt
(c) Bottle #25 of our Trials & Exceptions – Whisky Gone A Rye
(d) Two bottles of Archie Rose Single Malt Whisky
(e) Two bottles of Archie Rose Rye Malt Whisky
(f) $150 Meals and entertainment (aqua golf, lake fishing) voucher at Whitton Malt House

The second prize winner of the Competition will receive:
(a) Two bottles of Single Malt Whisky
(b) Two bottles of Rye Malt Whisky
(c) A pair of tickets to a Blend Your Own Whisky Masterclass at Archie Rose
(d) A pair of Archie Rose Glencairn Glasses
(e) Two Archie Rose T-shirts
The third prize winner of the Competition will receive:
(a) A bottle of Single Malt whisky
(b) A bottle of Rye Malt Whisky
(c) A pair of Archie Rose Glencairn Glasses
(d) Two Archie Rose T-shirts
There will be three (3) winners of the Competition.
The total value of the first Prize for the Competition is $2,000
The total value of the second Prize for the Competition is $1,050
The total value of the third Prize for the Competition is $316
The Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
The First Prize does not include flights or transfers.
The Second and Third Prizes do not include flights, accommodation or transfers.
Redemption of the Prize:
Only the winners can use the Prizes.
The Prizes can be only be redeemed by the winners, with your prize details confirmed by 31 December 2022 (Redemption Period). The Prize can be used only once by the winner.
If the winners do not use the Prizes on the (Redemption Period), the winners will forfeit the Prizes and the winners will not be able to use or claim the Prize.
The provision of the Prize is subject to the availability as determined by the Promoter.

Determination of winner:
The winners of the Competition will be determined by Thursday 2 December 2021.
The winners of the Competition will be determined by the Promoter according to its merits and creativity of the Response, which will be assessed by the following persons:
(a) the person employed or engaged as the Head of Marketing at Archie Rose Distilling Co.
