Archie Rose Distilling Co. – Win a major prize of a trip package for 2 to Adelaide, SA OR 1 of 4 minor prizes
The Competition starts at 9.00am AEST on 28 September 2022 and ends at 11.59pm AEDT on 18 October 2022 (Competition Period).
How to Enter:
To enter the Competition, an eligible person must during the Competition Period: (a) visit archierose.com.au/harvestrock (Competition Website) and enter the details requested on the entry form, including name, email address, telephone number, and state/territory of residence.
Each eligible person may only submit one (1) entry to the competition.
An eligible person can only enter the Competition in their own name.
Once an entry is submitted, entrants acknowledge that the entry may not be withdrawn, altered or deleted (except as and where required by the Promoter).
By submitting an entry to the Competition, entrants acknowledge and agree that they will be added to the Promoter’s Electronic Direct Mail marketing database.
The Promoter will handle any personal information collected about an entrant in accordance with clauses 46 to 49 below.
Details of Prize:
There will be one (1) winner of the Major Prize and four (4) winners of a Minor Prize (together, the Prizes). There are no bonus prizes.
The winner of the Major Prize will receive: (a) 2 x ‘2 Day Event – VIP Adult (18+)’ tickets to Harvest Rock 2022 (19 and 20 November 2022) (valued at $998); (b) 1 x Harvest Rock VIP experience for two (valued at $300); (c) 2 x return economy flights from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Adelade, SA (departing 18 November 2022 and returning 21 November 2022) (valued up to $1,700); (d) 1 x twin-share room in 4-star accommodation in Adelaide CBD for 3 nights (check-in on 18 November 2022 and check-out on 21 November 2022), with breakfast included (valued up to $1,605); (e) return private transfer for 2 people from Adelaide Airport to the hotel, and one-way private transfer for 2 people from the hotel to Harvest Rock (Rymill & King Rodney Parks, SA) on both days of the festival (valued up to $500); and (f) 1 x $200 drinks voucher to spend at any Harvest Rock bar (valued at $200).
The maximum total value of the Major Prize is $5,303.
There will be two (2) winners of the ‘Harvest Rock’ Minor Prize. Each winner of a ‘Harvest Rock’ Minor Prize will receive: (a) 2 x ‘2 Day Event – General Admission Adult (18+)’ tickets to Harvest Rock 2022 (19 and 20 November 2022) (valued at $598).
There will be two (2) winners of the ‘Archie Rose’ Minor Prize. Each winner of a ‘Archie Rose’ Minor Prize will receive: (a) 1 x Archie Rose Signature Dry Gin (700 ml) (valued at $79).
The total value of the Minor Prizes is $1,354.
The maximum total value of the prize pool is $6,657.
The Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
The provision of the Prizes is subject to booking and availability as determined by the Promoter and Prize Partner.
Any tickets included in the Prizes are valid only for the time and date indicated on the tickets and are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the provider of the tickets.
The Prizes are subject to event venue and ticket/pass terms and conditions, including any applicable age restrictions. The Promoter, Prize Partner and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner and/or their companion from any venue for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the Prize.
The winner’s first choice of tickets and/or bookings is final (including any travel and/or accommodation bookings). Requests to change a ticket or booking will not be accepted.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a Prize (including but not limited to internet access, flights, travel or accommodation) are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner.
