TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Competition opens on 1 August 2014. 2. Entries must be received by 31 August 2014. Entries received after this time will not be eligible for consideration by the Judges. 3. The winners will be selected by 5 September 2014 and notified by email. 4. This competition is open to Australian and New Zealand residents over the age of 18 only. Employees and immediate families of Madman Entertainment Pty Ltd, Funtastic Limited and all companies and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter. 5. The winners will have the most original and inventive answers to the question, as determined by the Judges in their absolute discretion. 6. This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners. 7. The Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 8. One (1) winner will receive:
– 2 x return economy class airfares from the winner’s nearest capital city in Australia or New Zealand to Brisbane arriving Friday 28 November and returning Sunday 30 November 2014.
– Two nights twin share accommodation at a nearby hotel of the Promoter’s choice
– Two standard weekend admission tickets to Supanova Gold Coast, plus two tickets to attend the VIP Supanova Saturday Night Party on Saturday 29 November 2014.

Total maximum prize pool value is $4583.70. 9.The winners will be notified by email upon draw and publicly listed on Madman.com.au by 12 September 2014. 10. Prizes must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize is forfeited. 11. Any extension to the duration of the prize or any variation to the accommodation or tickets booked by the promoter is at the winner’s sole expense and time. 12. The Prize package does not include travel insurance, passports, visas, meals, drinks, sightseeing (outside of specified prize) additional nights or upgrades, laundry charges, incidentals, medical expenses, gratuities, service charges, telephone calls, items of a personal nature, taxes, ground transportation or any other costs of a personal nature not stated. Compliance with passport, any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion. It is the responsibility of the winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at destinations prior to travel. 13. If a travel prize or part of a travel prize cannot be provided for any reason, then the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative travel prize or part of a travel prize to the same value as that part of the prize being replaced. 14. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including but not limited to natural disaster) the Promoter reserves the right to subject to reference to all relevant state and territory rules and regulations, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. 15. The Promoter is not liable for any entries that are lost, stolen, misdirected, delayed, illegible or damaged. 16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any person who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.17. Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 18. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winners to provide proof of identity and age. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. 19.
