GAME REGULATIONS
“My French Trip”
6 to 10 November 2017 – Australia
ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZER
The company Air France (hereafter the “Organizer”), French public limited company with a capital of
126,748,775 euros, entered in the Bobigny Trade & Companies Register n° 420 495 178, with its registered
office at 45 rue de Paris, 95 747 Roissy CDG cedex, is organizing a free game on the internet, (hereafter the
“Game”) with no obligation of purchase: “My French Trip” following the terms and conditions described below.
The Game is open from 6 November at 8pm, (Australia, Sydney local time) and until 10 November 2017 at
11.59pm, (Australia, Sydney local time)
The present Game is developed and managed by Air France, excluding any sponsorship or intervention from
companies such as Facebook and Twitter, which facilitate the Game
ARTICLE 2 – PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
This free Game without obligation of purchase is open to anyone over the age of 18 years living in Australia,
with the exception of staff members of the organizing company and their family (same name, same address)
as well as anyone who has participated in the development of the current regulations or the Game itself.
To participate in the Game, internet access, a Facebook profile or a Gmail address is required.
Participating in the game implies acceptance of the current regulations in their entirety, the code of ethics in
effect on the internet as well as the rules and regulations applicable to free games.
The Organizer will decide sovereignly and irrevocably any dispute concerning its interpretation.
This Game and its terms and conditions are written in English only. As a result, Game participants must be
very familiar with this language to be able to participate.
Failure to comply with the conditions of participation outlined in the regulations will lead to disqualification.
ARTICLE 3 – ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE GAME
This Game is promoted on Air France’s social media pages, such as Facebook and Twitter, by means of
posts published on these websites. It may also be promoted within an e-newsletter, or through other
channels sent by Air France.
The promotion, regulations and participant conditions related to the Game will be available at the following
address: “https://myfrenchtrip.airfrance.com/au”.

ARTICLE 4 – TERMS
The participations registrations will be realized on a continuous basis during the whole game, as attested by
the moment the registration is received on the server dedicated to the Game and hosted by the service provider
chosen by the Organizer.
The game operates as follows.
In order to play, the participant must log into the dedicated online platform at the following address:
https://myfrenchtrip.airfrance.com/au
The participant has to use either is/her Facebook account or Gmail address.
To be eligible, the participants need to go to the website, fill in the form and accept the rules of the game.
In order to be selected, the participant has to enter the contest before 10 November 2017 at 11.59pm
(Australia, Sydney local time), day of the end of the game.
A random designation algorithm will determine the winner on 11 November 2017 at 10am (Australia, Sydney
local time).
The participant undertakes to fill in correctly the registration form put at its disposal and send to the Organizer
correct data since this will be notably used to contact him/her in case of a winning prize. The participant needs
to fill in all the fields.
If a participant attempts to participate using more than one e-mail address, only the first participation will be
considered valid, and the others will be canceled.
Participants who attempt to participate by means such as automated participation, programs specially
developed for automated participation, use of information, e-mail, and more generally by any means that do
not respect equal opportunity between Game participants, will be automatically disqualified.
No other means of participation (notably by post or e-mail) will be taken into account.
ARTICLE 5 – RESPECTING THE INTEGRITY OF THE GAME
The participant must not undertake or attempt to undertake any method of participation that does not fully
comply with the principles of the Game and the present regulations
The Organizer also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to harm the proper functioning
of the Game or the website, or who violates the official rules of the Game. The Organizer reserves the right to
sue anyone who attempts to fraud or harm the proper functioning of the Game.
The Organizer reserves the right to carry out any checks deemed necessary for the respect of the current
article as well as the regulations in their entirety, notably to eliminate any participant who has committed any
form of abuse or attempted fraud, without any obligation to carry out checks on every single participant,
restricting checks on participants identified as potential winners.

If, for whatever reason, this Game could not function as expected as a result of a virus, bug, intervention, or
hacking by any external party which is not authorized on the system, fraud or technical failure or any other
motive beyond the control of the Organizer and corrupting or affecting the management, security, equity, the
correct functioning of the Game, the Organizer reserves discretionary right to cancel, modify or suspend the
Game, or even terminate the Game, with no prior warning, without the participant being able to hold the
Organizer responsible.
The Organizer may decide to cancel the Game if it seems that fraudulent behavior is occurring, in whatever
form, notably by computer in the context of participating in the Game or determining the winners.
ARTICLE 6 – DESIGNATION OF WINNERS
One (1) winner will be selected by random draw at the end of the game on 11 November 2017 at 10am
(Australia, Sydney local time) using a electronic and random designation algorithm. The draw will be computer
generated.
ARTICLE 7 – PRIZES
The game prizes are composed of 1 lot. Each lot is composed of:
Two (2) round-trip tickets in Air France Economy cabin valid from one of the following Australian cities:
Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney or Perth, on flights operated in cooperation with our interline
partners from Australia to Asia and connecting to Air France flights to Paris CDG, France as well as 2
round-trip tickets in Economy cabin (HOP/AR Economic range) valid from Paris CDG to the destination
in France chosen during the game participation. (Ajaccio, Biarritz, Bordeaux, Pau, Lyon, Marseille,
Nantes, Nice, Toulouse, Strasbourg, Brest or Toulon).
for the winner and the person of his/her choice.
It is specified that for the round-trip tickets won, the following conditions apply:
Tickets are issued on flights operated by Air France and its interline partners, for a departure from one of the
following Australia cities: Adeliade, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth in cooperation with its interline
partners to Asia and connecting to Air France operated flights from Asia to Paris CDG within the limits of seats
available and in the booking classes dedicated to free tickets for transport in Economy cabin, as well as on
flights operated by Air France – HOP, from Paris CDG or Orly to Ajaccio, Biarritz, Bordeaux, Pau, Lyon,
Marseille, Nantes, Nice, Toulouse, Strasbourg, Brest or Toulon within the limit of seats available and in the
classes of booking dedicated to free tickets for transport in Economy cabin.
The winner and his/her companion must always travel together, on the same dates and same flights.
Tickets may only be booked and used during the booking period specified in the rules. If the booking is not
completed within the booking period, the winner forfeits the prize.
The total booking cost for prize tickets may not exceed AUD 3,500 including tax.
The tickets cannot be divided into several tickets less than or equal to the the maximum cost of AUD 3,500
including tax.
Tickets will be issued in electronic format only.
The trip summary will be sent to the winner via e-mail.

Booking period: from 1 December 2017 to 31 March 2018, tickets must be issued before 31 March 2018 at
4pm (Australia, Sydney local time)
Travel dates: from 15 January to 30 September 2018 (corresponding to the last possible return date)
All flights are subject to availabilities. The winner will choose his desired travel dates, depending on the number
of seats available at the time of booking.
The winner(s) will also win two (2) tickets for a Ceetiz activity, partner and activity provider, that he will have
chosen during his participation.
He/she will have to confirm at least 3 weeks before the trip the desired booking date. Tickets are not
transferable, reimbursable, and exchangeable and are subject to availabilities regarding Ceetiz. The activity is
valid 1 year from the date of withdrawal and has to be associated to the travel period mentioned in article 7.
The commercial value of the lot (flights + activity) is estimated at AUD 4,000 and corresponds to the public
price including tax currently used or estimated at the date of drafting of the Regulation. It is given as an
indication and is subject to variation.
The prize does not include the cancellation and repatriation insurance, nor any other expenses not specified
in the description above.
All costs not mentioned as included in the prize remain the winner’s responsibility:
– The transportation of the winner from his place of residence to the airport and from the airport to his
place of residence.
– Parking at the airport and visas
– Hotels and restaurants
ARTICLE 8 – CLAIMING PRIZES
From 15 November, that is to say the 5 days following the end date of the game, the winner will receive the
terms for claiming his/her prize by e-mail at the address indicated on the registration form.
If the winner does not respond in the ten (10) next days after this e-mail has been sent or if the contact
information is invalid, false or incorrect, the winner will lose the benefit of his/her prize, which will be
permanently lost.
8.1 Rules for all prizes
To take advantage of his/her prize, the winner must provide the Organizer with any documents it requests
in order to prove the winner’s identity and address.
Each prize is personal and non-transferable. Winners may not request a cash refund or compensation of
any kind in place of the prize. No prize may be replaced by an equivalent type of prize. The Organizer may,
if so required by circumstances beyond its control and constituting a force majeure, replace each prize by
a prize of equivalent type or value.
If the winner does not meet the criteria set forth in these rules, the prize will not be awarded and will remain
the property of Air France.
The prize may not give rise to any dispute or claim of any kind. The winner agrees not to seek the liability
of Air France or its partner pertaining to the prize, including its delivery, state and qualities.

ARTICLE 9 – LEGAL DISPUTES
Participating in the game implies acceptance of the current regulations in their entirety.
Any disputed interpretations of the present regulations as well as any unexpected cases will be resolved by
the Organizer. Any requests concerning the interpretation of the regulations must be sent in written form. Any
requests concerning the interpretation of the regulations that reach the Organizer more than fifteen (15) days
after the end of the Game will not receive a response.
ARTICLE 10: MODIFICATION OF THE GAME DATES
Air France would not be held as responsible if, in a case of force majeure, or events happening beyond its will,
the company had to cancel the game, shorten or extend it, postpone or edit its conditions.
Air France reserves the right to extend or shorten the game dates.
ARTICLE 11 – IDENTITY CHECK OF THE WINNER
Participants allow any needed identity checks to occur. Those checking will be achieved in the respect of the
Article 9 of the French Civil Code. Any fake, fraudulent, incorrect, deceitful identity or address given will lead
to the participant’s disqualification.
ARTICLE 12 – DATA PROTECTION
To participate in the Game, the participant must provide some personal information. Personal information
provided by the participant to the Organizer will be used to enable the organization of the Game and
communication with the winners. This information will be saved and processed automatically and in compliance
with Law n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 concerning data protection and privacy, updated and replaced by the
Law of 6 August 2004.
The participant has a right to access, modify, correct and delete his or her personal information. The participant
may exercise this right by writing to:

ARTICLE 13 – USE OF THE DATA
Making of a customized video clip
Within the context of a customized video clip making, Air France can use:
– The Facebook profile picture of the user (if the user chooses to Facebook connect) or the profile picture in
case of Google connection
– The picture published through the email connection
– His/her surname
– His/her first name
Air France undertakes to mention only those elements in the video.
The sharing
If he/she wants it, the user can share his video on Facebook;
To do so, the user will have to allow the Facebook post authorization in his news feed by Air France.
Air France will not be able to reproduce that action.
ARTICLE 14 – RESPONSIBILITY
Air France reserves the right to cut short, postpone, modify or cancel the Game without the need to provide a
reason nor be held responsible.
Furthermore, Air France will not be responsible in the event of an internet network error that may impede
access to the Game or its proper functioning. In particular, Air France will not be held responsible for any
malicious external events.
Even if Air France does everything possible to provide users with information and/or available and verified
tools, it cannot be held responsible for errors (notably display errors on the Game website, erroneous e-mails),
an absence of availability of information and/or the presence of a virus on the website. Participation in this
Game implies the knowledge and acceptance or the characteristics and limits of the internet, the absence of
protection of certain data against misappropriation or hacking and risk of contamination by potential virus
threats present within the network. Each participant must undertake all appropriate measures in order to protect
his or her data and/or software installed on his or her computer and telephone equipment against any threats.
Anyone who connects to the website and participates in the Game accepts full responsibility in doing so.
Furthermore, Air France may not be held responsible in the event of the following:
Telephone connection problems
Computer or software problems
Loss of information provided by participants due to a reason not related to Air France
Human error or electrical fault
Disruptions that may impact the proper functioning of the Game or the malfunction of the automated
random draw
Air France may not be held responsible for any consequences of potential e-mail delays for which it is not
accountable. Claims must be made by the recipients to the companies involved to ensure the e-mails have
been delivered correctly.

If the proper administrative and/or technical process of the Game is disrupted through no fault of Air France, it
reserves the right to terminate the Game.
Any fraud or non-respect of the present rules can lead to the game exclusion for the responsible, Air France
reserves the right, if necessary, to take further legal action.
Air France cannot be held responsible if a case of physical inability from the winners to take the plane resulting
of administrative issues (lack of visa, lack of passport, invalid passport etc)

ARTICLE 16 – INTERPRETATION OF THE REGULATIONS
Air France will judge any questions related to the application of the present regulations according to French
law. These decisions are to be considered definitive.
Any challenge or complaint related to this Game must be sent in written form to the Games address and will
not be considered later than 15 days after the end of the Game.
ARTICLE 17 – APPLICABLE LAW AND ALLOCATION OF COMPETENCES
The present regulations are subject to the law in Australia and in case of dispute related to the rules, only
Australia courts will be competent.

Participating in the present Game implies the full and entire acceptance of each and every clause and condition
outlined in the present regulations.
