Winner selection This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in how a winner is determined in
this competition. At the end of the Competition Period, all entries will be
reviewed and judged by the Promoter (or by an appointed panel of judges)
based on selected criteria such as creative merit, originality, humour and
brand suitability. The entry judged to be the best will win the Major Prize. The
entry judged to be the next best will win the Minor Prize.
Prize Details The Major Prize, to be awarded to the best entry, is a 30-minute meet-and-
greet with an AFL Player from the winner’s chosen AFL Club. The Promoter
will select the AFL Player from the AFL Club of the winner’s choosing.
The winner will not choose the specific AFL Player. [The prize does not
have a retail value.]
The Minor Prize, to be awarded to the second-best entry as judged, is a
Moccamaster Thermal 1.25 Litre with Thermal Carafe. The Minor Prize is
valued at $485.00.
Prize Conditions The Major Prize must be taken on the date/s, time/s and location/s as

The winner of the Major Prize must, at all times in taking the Major Prize,

of the winner. The location will be a Gloria Jeans outlet in the central

of choice is based. For example, if the winner’s AFL Club of choice is based
in Victoria, the location of the Major Prize will be a Gloria Jeans outlet in the
Melbourne CBD.
The date of the Major Prize will also be dependent on the AFL Club choice of
the winner, and the Promoter’s choice of AFL Player from that AFL Club.
When contacting the winner, the Promoter will offer a choice of dates and
times to the winner. The winner must be available to take the Major Prize on
one of the dates provided by the Promoter, in the relevant location set out in
this section. If an entrant is selected as the winner but is then not able to
take the Major Prize on the relevant date or location, the Promoter will award
the Major Prize to the next best valid entry.
The Major Prize is subject to any additional conditions specified by the
Promoter and/or prize supplier(s) including any conditions of entry into the
relevant event location/s (e.g. behaviour requirements). If the winner fails to
comply with the conditions imposed by the prize supplier/s, the prize may in
the Promoter’s sole discretion be cancelled or withdrawn without liability for
the Promoter or the prize supplier/s.

require that the winner bring a chaperone (eg parent or guardian) to the
