1: METHOD OF ENTRY
To enter this competition, entrants must follow the instructions as stated. The competition will be run
across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
The winner will be the first individual person who takes a picture of all 60 Adelaide Fringe Diamond
decals placed around Adelaide CBD and greater metropolitan Adelaide and uploads these images to
Facebook, Twitter OR Instagram with the tag #ADLfringeDiamondTicket and @ADLFringe.
The uploaded images must be of each respective diamond, numbered 1-60; the image must clearly
display the entire decal, without anything obscuring or obstructing it; the uploaded images must clearly
illustrate the surrounding pavement, tiling, bitumen, flooring, glass or material upon which the decal
placed so that the authenticity of the image can be verified by Adelaide Fringe staff.
Entrants are allowed to upload images to any or all of the social media sites on which this competition
runs (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter). However, to win, all 60 images must be uploaded to the same
site. Only one entry per Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account is permitted. Only entries by individual
accounts will be accepted. Entries are counted per person not per account. If an individual is to post on
Facebook, Instagram and Twitter this still counts as one single entry.
If the promotion ends and no entrants have documented all 60 Adelaide Fringe Diamond decals, the
winner will be the person to reach the highest number uploaded; if no entrants are successful in
uploading greater than 50 Adelaide Fringe Diamonds to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, Adelaide Fringe
reserves the right to not award the prize as it sees fit.
If Adelaide Fringe is unable to ensure the validity of an entry, or if it believes that the entry in anyway
breaches the Terms and Conditions, Adelaide Fringe reserves the right to award the prize the entrant
who either a) came next in uploading all 60 Adelaide Fringe Diamond decals or b) had the next highest
number of Adelaide Fringe Diamonds uploaded to either Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
The respective methods of entry differ per social media site:
A) METHOD OF ENTRY: FACEBOOK
To be eligible to win via Facebook, all 60 images clearly numbered 1-60, must be uploaded to one folder clearly
and publicly displayed by one individual Facebook user. Private posts or folders will not be eligible. The posts and
folder must be tagged: #ADLfringeDiamondTicket.
OR all 60 images are to be compiled in a video no longer than 60 seconds and each image must be clearly labelled
number 1-60. The post must be tagged #ADLfringeDiamondTicket
B) METHOD OF ENTRY: TWITTER
To be eligible to win via Twitter, all 60 images must be compiled in a video no longer than 60 seconds and each
image must be clearly labelled number 1-60. The post must be tagged #ADLfringeDiamondTicket
C) METHOD OF ENTRY: INSTAGRAM
To be eligible to win via Instagram, all 60 images clearly numbered 1-60, must be uploaded to the user’s Instagram
stories and then saved to their highlights reel and pinned to the user’s main feed page. Images must all be tagged
#ADLfringeDiamondTicket and @ADLfringe.
2: DURATION OF THE PROMOTION
The ‘Adelaide Fringe Diamond Ticket’ promotion will be open from 10AM 27 June 2019 and close
11:59PM August 11 June 2019 (Australian Central Daylight Time).
3: NATURE AND VALUE OF THE PRIZES
The prize winner will be contacted on the social media site (Facebook, Twitter or Instagram) where they
have uploaded their entries clearly tagged #ADLfringeDiamondTicket and #ADLFringe. The prize winner
will be asked to email Adelaide Fringe. The prize winner has 7 days to make contact with Adelaide Fringe
to claim their prize or another winner may be selected; it is the responsibility of the winner to make
contact with Adelaide Fringe on the email address which has been provided.
The prize is 60 double-passes to respective Adelaide Fringe shows. The prize is non-transferable or
redeemable for cash. The tickets will be selected by Adelaide Fringe. Tickets may not be sold and are not
intended for financial gain of the winner.
4: ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be South Australian residents and be aged 18-years-old or over to be eligible to win.
Employees and Board members of Adelaide Fringe, their immediate families and companies associated
with this promotion, are ineligible to win prizes.
5: PLACE, DATE & TIME OF DRAW / JUDGING
Prize winners will be selected from valid entries received during the promotional period. The prize
winner will be selected 16 August 2019 at 12:00pm at the Adelaide Fringe head office (136 Frome Road,
Adelaide 5000).
The winner will be the first person to upload all 60 Diamond Ticket decals to Facebook, Twitter and/or
Instagram respectively, each public and clearly tagged with #ADLfringeDiamondTicket and #ADLFringe
6: METHOD OF ADVISING RESULT
The prize winner will be contacted via the social media site where they have uploaded all 60 images of
Adelaide Fringe Diamond decals, clearly numbered 1-60 and tagged #ADLfringeDiamondTicket and
#ADLFringe. The winner will be provided an email address to contact; it is the responsibility of the
winner to contact Adelaide Fringe via this email address. If the winner does not contact Adelaide Fringe
via this email address, Adelaide Fringe reserves the right to select another winner.
The winner will be announced on the Adelaide Fringe website (www.AdelaideFringe.com.au), and may
be announced via Adelaide Fringe social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
By entering the Adelaide Fringe Diamond Ticket competition, the entrant agrees—should they win—to
have their name made public on the Adelaide Fringe website, social media channels or to South
Australian media.
7: CLAIMING OF PRIZES
The winner will have 7 days from the date of notification to claim their prize via email. If the prize
remains unclaimed after 7 days, Adelaide Fringe reserves the right to reassign the prize if appropriate.
The prize will be posted. The winner must have a valid postal address, which they are willing to share
with Adelaide Fringe. This postal address must be given to Adelaide Fringe within 7 days of initial
contact.
8: CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

transferable and not exchangeable.
The Adelaide Fringe will not be responsible or liable if for any reason beyond their reasonable control
any element of any prize is not provided. The prize does not include any other costs of a personal nature
that are not stated. This prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the
recipient is unable to use it as stated.
9: RELEASE AND INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, all entrants release from, and indemnify the Adelaide Fringe against all
liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the Promotion
including (but not limited to) loss of income, loss of opportunity, personal injury and damage to
property, whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or
otherwise.
10: NO CORRESPONDENCE
All decisions and actions of the Adelaide Fringe relating to the Promotion and/or redemption of the
prizes are exercised at its absolute discretion and are final. No discussions or correspondence with
entrants or any other person will be entered into.

12: LATE ENTRIES
The Adelaide Fringe accepts no responsibility for any incorrectly submitted, incomplete, late, lost or
misdirected entries or for any technical malfunction of any communications network
