1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.

2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents over 18 years of age who live in the Melbourne
Metropolitan area where the Channel Seven signal is received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Yahoo 7 and their associated
agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.

3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Competition commences on Monday 17 March 2014 at 18:00 (AEST) and concludes on Saturday 22
March at 09:00 (AEST) (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 In order to enter, viewers must watch Channel 7’s nightly News from 18:00 (AEST) to 19:00 (AEST) during the
Competition Period, where there will be a Competition segment aired during the period.
3.3 In order to enter the draw, viewers must go to the Seven News Facebook page
(www.facebook.com/7newsmelbourne) and ‘like’ the page. They must then follow the link to the entry form
to register their name, address (including postcode), email address and contact daytime telephone number
(including STD area code) along with the nightly code-word.
3.4 All entrants in the Competition may only enter once per day. Only one prize per person will be awarded.
3.5 Entries must be received by Saturday 22 March 2014 at 09:00 (AEST). The time of entry will in each case be
the time the entry form is received by the Seven Network (Operations) Limited database.
3.6 All daily entries must be received by daily date and time as specified in the table below. Daily entries will be
included in the respective daily draw the prize draw. The eligible entry period for each daily prize will
commence and conclude on the following dates and times

4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be five (5) major winners who will each receive the prize detailed in clause 4.2

Total maximum prize value is $3,475.00. Prize value is correct at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts
no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken.
4.3 In accepting the prize the winners agree to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media editorial
requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, and the winners grant the
Promoter and the AFL a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all
media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.4 The winner must be over 18 years of age to participate in the prize.
4.5 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner’s must comply with all the conditions of use of the
prize and prize supplier’s requirements further details are available at
http://www.afl.com.au/aflmembership/terms .
4.6 The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods or services and cannot be
taken in parts.
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be 5 (five) daily winners drawn (one per day) from the pool of entrants. Each entrant who has
entered the Competition in accordance with clause 3.2 during the Competition Period by submitting the
required details to via the Seven News Facebook page (www.facebook.com/7newsmelbourne) by Friday 21
March 2014 at 08:59 (AEST (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be entered into the draw. Entries that do not contain
the information required by clause 3.2 or that do not otherwise comply with clause 3, may be deemed to be
invalid and, in that event, a further draw will be conducted. The draw will take place at Channel Seven
Melbourne, 160 Harbour Esplanade Docklands, Melbourne, Victoria on the dates and times specified in the
table in Clause 3.6.
5.2 The winners will be notified by a phone call on the day of the draw, and an email advising the winner of their
prize will also be sent. The winners name and suburb will be published on the 7 News Melbourne Facebook
page at 12:00PM (AEST) on each draw date.
5.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.4 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and any companions) may be required to sign a legal
release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
