WIN a 1 carat Ring from our Solitaire Collection!
1. Offer is open to all Zamel’s customers over 18 years of age in Australia. Employees (and their
immediate families) of the Jewellery Group are ineligible to enter this competition.
2. The customer must tell us in 25 words or less “What does a diamond mean to you?” The
customer’s name, phone and email must then be completed to go into the draw.
3. Entry is only valid if all compulsory details on the Zamel’s Facebook page Entry Form are
completed.
4. Total major prize of the 1 carat diamond ring from our Solitaire collection is $3999.
5. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in the determination of winners. Each entry will
be individually judged according to its merits on the basis of originality, creativity as
determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. Top 2 entries will be chosen, final winner will
be chosen based on entries gained through sharing.
6. Promotion commences 6pm ACST 24/03/2014. Entries close 5pm local time on 13/04/2014.
7. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, late or misdirected entries.
8. Winner will be announced at The Jewellery Group, Level 14, 182 Victoria Square, Adelaide at
10.00am on Friday 18st April 2014
9. The winners will be notified both by phone and in writing within 21 days of the announcements.
The first initial and surname of the winners will also be posted to the Zamel’s Facebook page.
10. The winner’s details will be posted on www.zamels.com.au and
www.facebook.com/ZamelsJewellers for a period of 4 weeks after 18th April, 2014.
11. It is a condition of entry into the Promotion that the Winner consents to the publication of their
name and city of origin in any advertisements relating to the Promotion. By entering this
promotion, participants consent to the use of their names in this manner.
12. The major prize is to be received by the winner in person, in-store, and accepted in writing,
within 3 months of acceptance of the prize.
13. A re-draw will take place on Friday 18th July 2014 in the event that the prize is not picked
up.
