Entry is open to residents of Australia 18 years of age or over, except South Australian residents who must be over 21 years of age to enter. Employees & the immediate families of The Promoter (WineMarket Pty Ltd) are ineligible to enter.
Entrants can enter by logging onto the URL: www.winemarket.com.au/Win-A-Trip-To-France and completing the Entry Form. Maximum one entry per person is permitted.
The Promotion commences at 12.01am (AEST) on 12 November 2013 & closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 23 December 2013.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
The entry draw will occur at 10am on Monday 6th January 2014. Any winner will be notified in writing via email, by phone as a courtesy and published online at www.winemarket.com.au/Win-A-Trip-To-France from Tuesday 7th January 2014. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of any entrant being unable to satisfy these Terms & Conditions or forfeiting or not claiming any Prize. If a Prize remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct further draws, as required, at the same time and place as the original draw on 6th May 2014. Any winner will be notified in writing via email, by phone as a courtesy and published online at www.winemarket.com.au/Win-A-Trip-To-France from 6th May. The winner’s details will be published until 6th June 2014.
The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Each prize is not transferable to another person (unless agreed to by the Promoter) or exchangeable for other goods and services and cannot be redeemed for cash. Entrants and winners must be aged 18 years and over at the time of entering the competition, in addition the primary driver must be aged 21 years or over to be eligible for car hire owing to French driving regulations. Additional restrictions apply to car hire eligibility.
If a Prize cannot be provided for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative Prize to the same value and nature, subject to approval by the relevant state authorities.The Prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any of the Prizes.
PRIZE INCLUSIONS:
Air travel: All airfares are economy class and worth up to $2000 per person. Airfare will be purchased by the Promoter or by a travel agent on behalf of the Promoter, and will be valid for travel commencing from 15/01/2014 and finishing by 15/12/2014. All air travel is subject to the Conditions of the participating Airline. Airline(s) selection is as the discretion of the Promoter and will be valid for major airlines operating in Australia dependent on availability from the Winner’s closest capital city to Paris, France.. Frequent Flyer points will not be accrued with each booking, and no upgrades may be purchased. Subject to availability at the time of booking based on airline s capacity and peak times. All air travel must be the same for both the Winner and their travel companion. Once the Promoter has issued the air travel tickets, any changes or additional charges are the responsibility of the Winner and their travel companion.
Accommodation: The prize includes accommodation of 4 Star standard which will be booked for the desired travel dates, with a maximum value of up to $370AUD per night in Paris and up to $200AUD per night in Loire Valley. Accommodation breakdown includes 5 nights in Paris and 3 nights in a city of the winner’s choice in the Loire Valley. The 4 Star rating will be deemed as published on the hotel or hotel booking site at the time of booking.
Car Hire: The prize includes car hire for a total of 9 days worth $61AUD per day. Car hire will be purchased in advanced by the Promoter. Subject to availability, car hire should include an Economy-class vehicle with automatic transmission however availability is at the discretion of the Car Hire company selected and variations may occur. In order to be eligible for car hire, the Winner or their Travel Companion must hold an unrestricted, valid and current Australian driver s license; and according to French regulations must be over the age of 21.
Activities: A tour of a French wine Chateau, Chateau du Cleray located in the Loire Valley.
Spending Money: The prize includes $1,500AUD per person as spending money, which will be provided as prepaid credit card or cash equivalent (such as bank cheque or money order) when air tickets are issued.
Total Prize Value Up To $10,000AUD.
PRIZE EXCLUSIONS:
The prize does not include any travel insurance, additional car insurance, upgrades, passports, visas, meals, taxes (other than those included in the price of the ticket), ancillary cost, tours except the winery tour as stated, ground transportation except car hire as stated, airport transfers or any other costs of a personal nature not stated. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the/each prize winner and their companion. Prize travel is subject to the General Conditions of Carriage of the applicable airline. The Winner must check with the Department of Foreign Affairs regarding possible Travel Warnings to France or any transit countries they will be traveling to.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Winner agrees to the use of their name, and if authorized a photograph of themselves for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agree that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees in addition to the above uses, that the Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to State and Territory lottery departments, the winners’ names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation and the Promoter may publish or cause to be published the winner’s names and suburb in any media.
