1. This Facebook Competition (“Competition”) is being conducted by Warrnambool Holiday Park & Motel (72 503 078 442).

2. The Competition commences at 7am on Thursday 5 December 2013 and closes at 12noon on Friday 31 January 2014.

3. The Compeittion is open to entrants residing in Australia, aged 18 years and over. Proof of residency and age may be required. Travel industry employees and employees of the promoter, and its agencies or suppliers associated with the competition, are ineligible.

4. All eligible respondents who Like the Warrnambool Holiday Park & Motel Facebook Page prior to the closing date and enter the competition will be eligible to win a:

5. The Prize is not redeemable for cash. Pets are not allowed. Assistance dogs welcome. Valid for travel from the 1st February 2014. Travel must be completed by December 15th 2014. Not available during schools holidays, long weekends and other periods of seasonal demand. Conditions for redemption will be on the prize voucher and voucher must be mentioned at the time of booking. Failure to redeem the prize by the required date or undertake the prize as stipulated will result in full forfeiture of the prize.

6. Related expenses such as visa fees, passports, transfers, credit card fees, meals, personal purchases, spending money, levies imposed by third parties, travel insurance & all other ancillary costs are not included as part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner. Travel insurance is essential. Warrnambool Holiday Park & Motel shall not be liable for any loss of damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the winner and their associates taking the prize.

7. Entrants get five extra points for every friend they refer (via the unique sharing code link that is provided at time of entry) that submits an entry.

8. After the competition has concluded, Warrnambool Holiday Park & Motel will draw a winner at random at 10am on Monday 3 February 2014 at Warrnambool Holiday Park & Motel.

9. The Prize winner will be notified by email within three (3) days of the draw. The winner will be announced on the Warrnambool Holiday Park & Motel Facebook Page once the winner has been notified.

10. In the event that the winner is not contactable (after Warrnambool Holiday Park & Motel uses its best endeavours to contact the winner using the contact details provided by the winner to Warrnambool Holiday Park & Motel), a second chance or unclaimed prize draw will take place at the same premises at 10am on Monday 17 February 2014. The second chance or unclaimed prize draw winner will be notified within three (3) days of the second draw.

11. Any information collected or used by Warrnambool Holiday Park & Motel for this competition will be used in compliance with the Warrnambool Holiday Park & Motel’s privacy policy and in any event in compliance with Australian privacy and confidentiality legislation including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

12. Warrnambool Holiday Park & Motel’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
