Nikon Coolpix Competition – Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Vegemite SurfGroms members and they can enter up to three images in the promotion. Entrants must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering these promotions.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, as well as participating sponsors associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on 4/11/2013. Entries close at 5:00pm AEST on 7/2/2014 (Competition Period).
Each winner will be judged from all valid entries received during the Competition Period. Winners will be notified in writing.
The judges reserve the right to select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the next best, and record them in order of merit, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant.
The NIKON Coolpix Competition promotion is a game of skill. Each entry in the promotion will be individually judged based on originality, creativity and merit of the entry.
The best 8 photo entries received during the Competition Period from the NIKON Coolpix Competition promotion, as determined by the judges, will win a trip to the 2014 Quiksilver Pro Gold Coast.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
The prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.
