**WIN: A COOKING MASTERCLASS AND LUNCH WITH RICHARD OUSBY**
Found yourself staring into the bright light of your fridge, tossing up between the eggs and the balsamic and wondering whether it’s worthy of a meal or if you should bail and run to the grocery shop or local Dominos for something with more potential?
You need inspiration. Dinner inspiration. You scan your kitchen, wondering what could possibly be of use tonight. And this is where the Electrolux Inspiration Kitchen comes in. It’s a pop-up kitchen and dining space where you will attend a masterclass conducted by Stokehouse Brisbane’s Richard Ousby.
The wonders of food will be at your fingertips as he answers your questions, shares what inspires his cooking philosophy, and teaches you how to whip up his signature dish. And eat it. But you don’t need a lesson in that.
We’d be worried if you did.
Guests will also get to meet dynamic stylist Jane Frosh of the Cool Edies, who will provide tips for styling your kitchen and entertaining space. Not only will it be aesthetically pleasing (Home sweet home plaques and kiss the cook aprons, optional), it will also work in your favour.
No one should have to contort around the kitchen.
Not if you’re cooking anyway.
