Terms and conditions for Big Aus competiton
Topdeck Travel passengers must be aged 18 – 39 years old. Entries can be submitted through the competition form from 8:00am AEST on the 1st April until 3:00pm AEST on the 30th of April. To enter the competition you must enter your name, valid email address, country of residence and answer the question: ‘Tell us in 25 words or less why you should win this trip!’. The competition is a game of skill and the winner will be selected by Topdeck Travel (the promoter) based on uniqueness and creativity.
Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry by each entrant. Entry is via Internet only. Maximum of one entry per person. Winner will be contacted by Topdeck Travel on the 1st of May via email and publicly announced on Topdeck Travel’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/topdecktravel.
No discussion will be entered into with entrants regarding the decision of Topdeck Travel. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the promotional period. Any costs associated with accessing the Promotional Website remains the responsibility of each entrant and are dependent on the Internet Service Provider used.
The winning prize is a $3,000 Australian Dollar Topdeck Travel voucher (or equivalent currency calculated on the exchange rate as of the 1st May 2014) that can be used by the prize winner on any Topdeck Travel Australia trip. Travel voucher can be used for travel until the 31st March 2015. Prize must be booked by 30th June 2014. Travel is subject to availability. The voucher must be used in one transaction and is not transferable or refundable. The voucher has no cash value and cannot be sold or traded. The prize winner acknowledges that any leftover funds after the first transaction will be forfeited and additional costs above $3,000 are the responsibility of the prize winner.
Topdeck voucher can only be applied to the trip price and does not apply to flights, pre and post accommodation, transfers or optional activities. Once trip departure date has been booked full modification and cancellation fees apply. If the winning entrant has already booked a trip under the 20% Big Aus promotion during the promotional period then the voucher can be used to re-credit the booking. Entrants understand that by agreeing to the competition terms and conditions that they give Topdeck Travel permission to use their name and email address for promotional purposes.
