How to enter

1. Information on how to enter the draw and win the Prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 13 years or older. Employees of Universal Sony Pictures Home Entertainment Australia, Universal Pictures, their related entities and associated agencies’ employees, and members of their immediate families are ineligible to enter the competition.
3. This Promotion commences 14:00 Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) on 28 April 2014 and will continue until 14:00 AEST on 26 May 2014 (“Promotion Period“).
4. The Promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining a winner.
5. Entrance to the Promotion is via The Viewing Lounge Facebook page (www.facebook.com/TheViewingLounge) and requires the electronic contact form to be completed and the following question (“Competition Question”) to be answered: “Tell us in 25 words or less, who would you invite to your Downton Abbey dinner party and why?”
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process (including but not limited to using automated means to enter). Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
7. Entries must be received by the Promoter by 14:00 AEST on 26 May 2014. The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received by the Promoter’s database. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
8. Any entry that is made on behalf of an Entrant without the consent of the Entrant by a third party will be invalid.
9. An Entrant’s entry must not be, without limitation late, delayed, incomplete, incomprehensible, unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libellous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, capable of encouraging conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, capable of violating any law and/or capable of giving rise to civil liability.
10. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may make copies of or publish any entry in any form or media.
11. The Promoter’s decision regarding all elements of this Promotion (including without limitation the Draw and the Prize) is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. There is no limit on entries per entrant but each entrant, if deemed a winner, may only be awarded one (1) Prize.

The Prize
13. There is one (1) major prize (the “Major Prize”) to be won, and comprises of:
a) A private set-menu dinner party for up to six (6) people from 18:00-22:30 AEST at Lindesay, a National Trust property (Darling Point, Sydney) with an Australian Butlers chef and butler. The dinner party must be held between 1 June 2014 and 30 November 2014 on a date agreed by the Winner and the Promoter. RRP $5,000.
b) One (1) $5,000 Flight Centre Gift Card.
14. There are ten (10) minor prizes (the “Minor Prizes”) to be won, and comprise of:
a) One (1) copy of Downton Abbey Seasons 1-4 DVD set. RRP $109.95 each.
15. The total prize pool value is AUD $11,099.50. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value, specifications or individual components of the Prize. All Prize values are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
16. The Prize (and each element of the Prize) is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.

The Draw
17. A manual draw (the “Draw”) of all Eligible Entries will take place at 11:00 AEST on 27 May 2014 (“Draw Date“) at the offices of the Promoter (Level 30, 1 Market Street, Sydney, NSW 2000) (“Draw Location“). The draw will be conducted by a representative of the Promoter.
18. The answers will be judged on 50% creativity and 50% written expression.
19. The one (1) answer which is deemed to be both the most creative and most articulate of all valid entries received as judged by the Promoter in its sole discretion will be determined as the winner of the Major Prize available in the Promotion; The ten (10) answers which are deemed to be the next most creative and most articulate of all valid entries received as judged by the Promoter in its sole discretion will be determined as a winner of a Minor Prize available in the Promotion (each a “Winner” and together the “Winners”)
20. The Winners will be notified within fourteen (14) days of the Draw Date. The Winners will be notified by email.

Prize redemption and Prize conditions
21. Unless expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions, all other expenses become the responsibility of the Winner. The Winner of the Major Prize and their guests must make all necessary travel arrangements and are responsible for all expenses incurred in travelling to and from Lindesay, a National Trust property (Darling Point, NSW), including spending money, meals, accommodation, incidentals, all transfers (unless otherwise stated) including travel to and from departure point to airport, some taxes, gratuities, and all other ancillary costs. The Flight Centre Gift Card is subject to the “Flight Centre Limited Gift Cards – Terms of Use”, a copy of which can be found at http://www.flightcentre.com.au/cms_images/pdfs/policies/gift-cards-tcs-14Jan14.pdf.
22. The Winner of the Major Prize must be accompanied by an adult (over the age of 18) if the Winner is under the age of 18.
