Staminade Aussie Teams Go Harder Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter is Steric Trading Pty Ltd, a Limited Company registered in Australia, ABN 48 100 712 918. 33-61 Malta Street, Villawood NSW, 2163. Tel: 02 9728 6155
2. The name of this promotion is ‘Staminade Aussie Teams Go Harder Competition’, hereby referred to as the ‘Competition’. ELIGIBILITY
3. Entry to the Competition is free and no purchases of Steric Trading Pty. Ltd. products are necessary to enter the Competition.
4. To enter the Competition, entrants must click on the ‘Aussie teams comp’ tab located at https://www.facebook.com/pages/Staminade-Sports-drink-powder/113471938668204. They must then ‘Like’ the Staminade page, fill in all mandatory fields including the question: “Tell us in 50 words or less why your team, crew, club or event deserves $1000.”
5. Individual entrants may only submit one Competition entry during the Competition period. Any entrant who submits more than one Competition entry will have all entries apart from their original Competition entry deemed invalid.
6. Entry to the Competition is open to residents of Australia. Individuals must be aged 18 years or over (proof of age may be required). The Promoter’s employees and those of any of its associated companies, and employees of any agencies connected with this Promotion will not be eligible to enter (or otherwise participate in) this Promotion.
7. Any crews, teams or clubs nominated must have amateur status, ie. members receive no remuneration for participation.
8. Entrants may be asked to verify their involvement with their nominated team, crew, club or event and/or provide more information on the team, crew or club.
9. All entries become the property of Steric Trading Pty Ltd and may be used for future Staminade publicity and promotional activities without compensation. The Promoter will own copyright in all entry material.
10. The entrant must ensure the entry does not contain any material which: (i) is offensive and/or derogatory, (ii) is of an explicit and/or sexual nature, or (iii) is defamatory, libellous, obscene, or (iv) is otherwise illegal.
11. The entrant must ensure the entry does not contain any material which violates any third party intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyright, trade marks, or any other proprietary or personal right); and does not contain any trade/brand logos or reference other than incidental inclusion and/or relating to the Promoter’s products. 12. The Promoter and its agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to the competition. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. 13. No other forms of entry will be accepted. COMPETITION PERIOD 14. The Competition will run between 3pm Thursday 2 January 2014 and 3pm AEST Friday 7 February 2013.
15. Any entry received after the expiry of the competition period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
JUDGING 16. All entries will be judged on the criteria of most persuasive, original and appropriate response to the question: “Tell us in 50 words or less why your team, crew, club or event deserves $1000.”
17. The five entries judged best by Steric Trading Pty. Ltd will be deemed the major winners of the competition. 15 runners-up will also be chosen by Steric Trading Pty Ltd based on the judging criteria. PRIZES 18. The five major winners will each receive $1000 cash for their club. 19. The 15 runners-up will each receive a prize pack of Staminade products including Staminade concentrate and powder.
