Terms & Conditions
1. Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other information contained within the promotional advertisements form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. The Promotion Period is 9am AEST Monday 19 May 2014 until 5pm AEST Friday 6 June2014.
The Prize
5. The prize is one R54 Compact Round Springfree™ Trampoline and Australia-wide delivery valued at $1,205. Three winners will be selected from a total prize pool of $3,615.
6. Installation is not included but can be purchased by the winner, subject to availability.
7. Upgrade to larger Springfree™ Trampoline model is available at the winner’s expense.
8. The prize draw will take place on Tuesday 10 June 2014 and will be drawn using random number selection provided by random.org.
9. Allow up to 4 weeks from date of draw for prize delivery.
10. The prize is neither redeemable nor transferable for cash.
How to Enter
11. Entry is available via the following options:
a. Complete the entry on the competition landing page at www.springfree.com.au
b. Like the Springfree™ Trampoline Facebook Page and complete the entry form details on the Competition Tab (widget)
Conditions of Entry
12. Entrants must be over the age of 18 years to be eligible to entry.
13. Eligible entrants may only enter once and in their own name.
14. Employees of Springfree™ Trampoline are ineligible to enter.
15. Springfree Trampoline and their associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion.
16. The winner will be notified by a phone call following the prize draw. Failing to establish contact by phone, Springfree™ Trampoline will send a notification email to the winner.
17. By entering this competition you are providing consent to Springfree™ Trampoline who may contact you by email or telephone for marketing and promotional purposes following this competition. This information will be used in accordance with the Springfree™ Trampoline Privacy Policy available at: http://www.springfreetrampoline.com.au/privacy-policy.
18. Entry into this competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. The Promoters decision will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoters reserve the right to limit entry or amend rules if considered necessary without notice.
19. Promoter’s limitation of liability: The Promoter is not responsible for the loss of prizes due to incorrect or imprecise delivery details provided by a winner. The Promoter also takes no responsibility for prizes lost or stolen after they have been released for delivery via postage or courier. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained to personal property and including, but not limited to consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the winners.
