ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must:
1. Be a legal resident of Australia
2. Be of 13+ years of age
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, their related bodies corporate and companies or agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter believes either has tampered with the entry process or has submitted an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
Promotion commences at 17:00 CST on the 26/01/2014 and closes 00:01 CST on the 24/02/2014
Winner will be contacted within two working weeks of competition closing.
HOW TO ENTER:
FACEBOOK
1. Become a Fan of the Shiels Facebook Fan Page
2. Connect to Woobox Sweepstakes application
3. Fill in the entry form
4. Upload a picture of you and your favourite Shiels piece of jewellery to the Woobox application and in 25 words or less tell us why you love this Shiels piece.

INSTAGRAM
1. Follow shielsjewellers on Instagram
2. Post a photo of you and your favourite Shiels piece of jewellery and tell us why why you love this Shiels piece.
3. Tag shielsjewellers in your post and add the hashtag #loveshiels. All three of these tasks will constitute one entry (an ‘Entry’).
Limitation to entry, you must have a Facebook Profile and/or Instagram account to enter and there is a limit of one (1) entry per person per social media platform during the Contest Period. In the case of multiple entries, only the first eligible entry will be considered. Unless the extra entries are bonus entries rewarded to the entrant when their Facebook friends enter after them.
Withdrawal of Entry: If an entrant submits an entry and later wishes to have it removed from, or not posted to the intended contest, they should contact Transworld on (08) 8110 4189 during business hours or email fb@shiels.com.au.
All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database NOT the time of transmission by the entrant.

The winner will be selected by a panel of Transworld Enterprise judges.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or any instructions or directions on this web site, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Entrants are required to provide truthful information, and the promoter will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent.
Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website are the entrant’s responsibility and are dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the website will deem the entry to be invalid.
