Conditions of Entry – L’Oreal Paris Infallible Lip – Facebook competition

Entry is open to all Priceline Australia Facebook members who are residents of Australia, except employees of the promoter and their immediate families, associated companies and agencies.
The Promoter is Priceline Pty Ltd, 250 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell VIC 3124.
The competition commences on 6 December 2013 at 9am AEDT, and concludes on 10 December 2013 at 11.59pm AEDT. The winning entries will be selected at Priceline Pty Ltd, 250 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell VIC 3124 on 11 December 2013 at 12pm AEDT.
To enter, entrants must visit the ‘Win’ tab at www.facebook.com/pricelineaustralia during the promotional period, complete the qualifying questions and all required personal details to be eligible to enter. Any entries not including all required information will be deemed ineligible.
The best response to the qualifying question, “In 25 words or less, tell us which is your favourite L’Oreal Paris lipstick & shade, and why” will be deemed the winner.
One (1) winner will receive the entire range of L’Oreal Paris Infallible 2-step Longwear Lipstick (14 lipsticks in total). The prize pack is valued at $419.30.
The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be published on www.facebook.com/pricelineaustralia by 12 December 2013.
The contact details of the winning entry may be passed onto a 3rd party for prize fulfilment only.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. The entries may be entered into a database for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, unless otherwise stated by the entrant. The winning competition responses may be published on Priceline’s social platforms or website at priceline.com.au.
