Winners will be selected by an independent judge, who shall not be permitted to enter the Competition themselves.

Prize (as defined below), the Winner must respond to the Promoter’s reply as instructed in that reply and within 3 days from the date of the Promoter’s notification reply, and provide their full name and email address. Winner does not claim his or her Prize in accordance with this clause, he or she will be taken to have forfeited his or her right to the Prize. Prize is forfeited or otherwise unclaimed, the Promoter may offer the Prize to the Eligible Entrant whose entry is the next best according to the judging criteria, or otherwise dispose of the Prize as it sees fit.
