Platypus Shoes – Win a Vans X Star Wars Prize Pack

Competition Terms and Conditions:

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

2. Entry is free and open to Australian & New Zealand residents only.

3. The promotion commences at 7th August 2014 (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time) and closes 11:59am on the 21st August 2014 (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time). To enter the promotion, eligible entrants must choose one of the four Vans X Star Wars styles.

4. To be eligible, entrants must fill in the details in the Facebook application. Entrants can only enter in their own name. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries containing and/or depicting illegal, sexually explicit or morally or racially offensive content will be ineligible to win. The Promoter’s decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. Entrants may enter only once the duration of the competition. All entrants will be included in each subsequent weekly draw, depending on the date of entry.

5. The winner will be chosen by a Platypus employee on Friday 22nd August 2014 after the competition closes. The winners name and entry will be published on the Platypus Facebook page and Platypus Instagram page and also notified by email on Friday 22nd August 2014. In the event that the prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries.

6. The Promoter may award the prize to the fifth chosen entry if the prize remains unclaimed by Friday 29th August 2014 12:00AM after the prize notification email has been sent. In the event of any winner in the unclaimed prize judging, the winner will be notified by email and the winner’s name and locality will be published after the drawing of the prize.

7. Prize includes one pair of Vans X Star Wars shoes (subject to availability), one Vans X Star Wars Keyring, one Vans X Star Wars Bandana, one Vans X Star Wars Yoda Aloha Backpack, one Vans X Star Wars pair of Yoda Aloha Socks, one Vans X Star Wars Yoda Aloha cap and one Vans Sticker. This prized is valued between AU RRP $174.79 – $224.79. The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
