TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Contest is not valid in conjunction with any other special, discount or promotional offer unless indicated otherwise.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 13 years or over (Entrants). Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the Entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion. If a winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.
3. Employees (and the immediate families) of the Promoter, retailers of Mentos products and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. The Promoter is:
a) in respect of the prizes awarded to Australian Entrants – Stuart Alexander & Co Pty Ltd (ABN 43 000 058 677) of Level 3, 1 Smail Street, Ultimo NSW 2007 Australia; and
4. The How Dad Are You Quiz (Contest) commences 28th April 2014 at 16:00pm AEST and entries close at 16:00pm AEST on 23rd June 2014 (Contest Period).
5. To enter the Contest, Entrants must Like Mentos Australia Facebook Page and answer the 6 questions of the Quiz in order to generate the Quiz results and follow the prompts to submit a valid entry form online.
6. Multiple entries via the entry form are not permitted, however users are able to take the Quiz to generate & share the results again.
7. Results of the Quiz are automatically shared on User’s wall upon the generation of Results should permission be granted.
8. All entries must be received during the Contest Period. Entries received before the start date or after the closing date will not count towards the Contest. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt. Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
9. Entrants can only enter in their own name. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and Entrants (including an Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who tampers with the entry or Game process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
10. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant.
Prize – Mentos Very Berry Product
11. The first 1000 entrants will receive Mentos Very Berry product. Only 1 product is available to each entrant. Receipt of prize is dependant on a valid address provided by entrant on the entry form. Entrants to receive prize between 2 to 3 weeks after Contest end date.
Grand Prize – $1500 Clothing Makeover
Entrants are to describe in 25 words or less the most Dad piece of clothing they own on the Entry Form. Promoter will judge entries at the end of the Contest period. Receipt of prize is dependant on a valid address provided by entrant on the entry form. Winner to receive prize between 2 to 3 weeks after Contest end date via clothing vouchers and will be notified via email. Mentos Australia Facebook page reserves the right to feature entries.
12. The Promoter is not responsible for loss of prizes due to invalid address or Posting.
13. After the 1st 1000 Very Berry Product give away, Entrants may continue to enter the Contest to win the Grand Prize until the end date of the Contest.
