How to enter: a. Consumers must purchase a Le Tan product (Artificial Tan, Sun Protection or After Sun products) and go to the Le Tan Facebook Page (facebook.com/letansummer) to enter.
b. Consumers must fill in the required information including the product barcode.
c. Consumers must maintain proof of purchase (i.e. store receipt) for every entry they submit and must present this proof of purchase if requested by the Promoter. If the proof of purchase cannot be provided to the Promoter, then the Promoter has full discretion to deem the entry as invalid.
d. Consumers must subscribe, or be subscribed, to the Le Tan Facebook page (facebook.com/letansummer) to be eligible to enter (consumer has to “like” the Le Tan Facebook page)
6. There is one prize, which will be awarded to one entrant in the promotion.
7. The Prize consists of either: a. Major Prize – $100,000 Cash OR; b. Consolation Prize – $1,000 pre-paid debit card with 12 months expiry from date of activation.
8. The preliminary draw shall take place at (12) noon Queensland time, 28 February 2014 at Prize Promotions Pty Ltd of 18/7 Boundary Street, Brisbane Queensland 4000, where 1 name will be electronically drawn. The first valid entry drawn will be the “contestant”.
9. The “Contestant” will be advised by phone on the day of the draw and will also be contacted in writing by mail or email. The contestants name will also be published on the Promoters website – www.letan.com.au.
10. The first valid entry will participate in the “Game” on Wednesday 19 March 2014 at 12 noon and the game will be played at Oswin Laboratories – 30 Bando Road, Springvale Victoria 3171. To participate in the Game, if the Contestant resides outside of Melbourne or unable to physically come to where the Game is to take place, he/she will be able to participate in the draw via a phone call or Skype call initiated by the Promoter. If the participant wishes to participate in person, all expenses associated with travel will need to be covered by the Contestant.
11. The Game There will be 100 security envelopes on display at the commencement of the Game. Of the 100 security envelopes, 1 (one) will contain a message representing $100,000 (Major Prize) and 99 will contain a message representing Consolation Prize ($1,000). The contestant must select 1 (one) of the security envelopes. Once the contestant has selected the security envelope, the prize revealed is the prize won, no further security envelopes may be selected and, subject to verification by the Promoter, the contestant will be awarded the prize shown in the 1 (one) selected security envelope as their prize (either ‘$100,000’ or $1,000). When the contestant (or the contestant’s proxy) selects a security envelope, they must do so without touching, handling or interfering in any way with any of the other security envelopes on display.
