Entry is only open to Australian residents, aged 13+ who are registered as ‘liking’ the official Le Tan fan page on Facebook during the time of the promotion or earlier. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
Multiple entries per person are permitted as long as each is original in concept.
No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
Promotion commences Monday, 17th March 2014 at 12.00PM TIME AEDT. Entries close Sunday, 23rd March 2014 at 11.59PM AEDT.
The prize will be sent out to the address provided in the entry form. Please allow for up to 28 working days for receipt of your prize.
The judging will be conducted at 30 Bando Road, Springvale VIC 3171 on Monday 24th March 2014. Winners will be notified via email. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
To enter, participants must subscribe, or be subscribed, to the official Le Tan fan page on Facebook, and submit an entry via the supplied form, and answer the following creative question: ‘What you would pair with your pink or purple hair and why?’. Each entry will be subject to verification and any entries that are not deemed appropriate will be disqualified.
There is thirty (30) winners in total. The winner will receive 1 x Lady Jayne Colour Bomb Hair Chalk Applicator in Pink or Purple valued at AUD $9.99 RRP. The total pool prize is AUD $299.70 RRP. Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The best and most creative response from eligible participants, as judged by the Promoter will win. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Please note that colours may vary and are subject to availability.
