Entry Method During the Purchase Period, spend, in one transaction, $5.00 or more on any McCormick branded products (Eligible Purchase) at any participating store (Store) and either:
(a) visit www.facebook.com/mccormickaustralia (website) and, if they have not already done so, click the “like” button on the Facebook Page and fully complete and submit the online entry form including by providing their full name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, the name of the store they purchased from, the Eligible Purchase receipt number, the last five digits of the barcode of each of the Eligible Purchase products and any additional information as required by the Promoter (Online Entrants); or
(b) obtain an entry form from the Store (subject to entry form stocks remaining), fully complete the entry form and send it together with a copy of their purchase receipt to: ‘McCormick Win a Scanpan Cookware set’, PO Box 3193, Prahran East VIC 3181, to be received by last mail received on 03/07/14 (Mail Entrants).

Online Entry Pool Instant Winners and Draw Details 290 Scanpan Cooking Pack prizes will be awarded randomly to Online Entrants via computer generated random instant win at Prime Focus, 403/62 Beach Street, Port Melbourne, Victoria 3207.
There will be 56 Scanpan 10 Piece Cookware Set prize draws conducted for Online Entrants. The draws will take place daily at 12.00noon (AEST) between 06/05/14 and 30/06/14 at PrimeFocus, 403/62 Beach Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3207. In each Scanpan 10 Piece Cookware prize draw, one Scanpan 10 Piece Cookware prize will be awarded.
Mail Entry Pool Draw Details There will be one draw conducted for Mail Entrants. The draw will take place at 12.00noon (AEST) on 04/07/14 at Communicado, 1/554 High St, Prahran VIC 3181. In this draw, 10 Scanpan Cooking Pack prizes and 2 Scanpan 10 Piece Cookware Sets prizes will be awarded.
Prize Details There are 358 prizes to be won in total.
Scanpan 10 Piece Cookware Set Prizes: There are 58 Scanpan 10 Piece Cookware Set prizes to be awarded, 56 awarded via instant win to Online Entrants and 2 awarded to Mail Entrants. Each prize is a Scanpan 10 Piece Cookware set valued at $999 (inc GST).
Scanpan Cooking Pack Prizes: There are 300 Scanpan Cooking Pack prizes to be awarded; 290 awarded to Online Entrants and 10 awarded to Mail Entrants. Each prize contains a Scanpan Slotted Spoon valued at $30, a Scanpan Garlic Crusher valued at $30 and a Scanpan Pasta Server valued at $30. The total value of the prize pack is $90 (inc GST).
Prize Pool The total prize pool is valued at $84,942 (inc GST).
Entry Limits Entrants may enter as many times as they wish, provided that each entry is based on a separate Eligible Purchase.
Retain Receipt Requirements Entrants must retain their original receipt to verify each entry.
Winner Notification The winners will be notified by phone and in writing within two days of the relevant draw or being determined an instant winner (as applicable) and any Scanpan 10 Piece Cookware prize winners will have their name and state/territory of residence published on the Facebook page during the week that they have won.

2 The competition will be conducted during the Entry Period.
3 Online Entrants will receive a return online notification confirming their successful entry into the competition and notifying Online Entrants whether they are a provisional instant prize winner and providing details of how to claim their instant win prize. By entering this competition, Online Entrants consent to receiving this electronic message.
4 Online entries must be received during the Entry Period and mail entries must be received by last mail received on 03/07/14. Online entries are deemed to be received at the time they are received by the Promoter’s database and not at the time of submission by the entrant. Mail entries must be on the original entry form. Failure of an entrant to provide their receipt(s) (as per the Retain Receipt Requirements) (without alteration) to the Promoter upon request may, at the Promoter’s discretion, result in an invalid entry (and, at the Promoter’s discretion, in all of the entrant’s entries being invalid). The Promoter is not liable for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence due to error, omission, tampering, deletion, theft, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over communications networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. 5 Online entrants must remain a fan (“like” the page) of the Facebook Page for the entire Entry Period. Entrants who have “unliked” the Facebook Page at the time of determination of winners will be deemed invalid.
6 For any instant win Scanpan Cooking Pack prize(s) that have not been won by the end of the Entry Period, the Promoter will conduct a second chance draw from all online entries received during the Entry Period to distribute any unwon instant win Scanpan Cooking Pack prize(s). The second chance draw will take place at 12noon (AEST) on 04/07/14 at Prime Focus, 403/62 Beach Street, Port Melbourne, Victoria 3207. Any winner(s) in this draw will be notified by phone and in writing.
7 The draws will be conducted at the time, dates and locations as stated in the Draw Details. For the first Online Entry Pool Scanpan 10 Piece Cookware Set prize draw, the first valid entry randomly drawn from all valid Online Entry Pool entries received between the start of the Entry Period 05/05/14 and 11.59pm (AEST) on 29/06/14 will win a Scanpan 10 Piece Cookware Set prize. For all further Online Entry Pool Scanpan 10 Piece Cookware Set prize draws, the first valid entry randomly draw in each draw from all valid Online Entry Pool entries received during the previous calendar day will win a Scanpan 10 Piece Cookware Set prize. Entries will not roll over to the next draw date. If, on the date of an Online Entry Pool Scanpan 10 Piece Cookware Set prize draw, no Online Entry Pool entries have been received, the Scanpan 10 Piece Cookware Set prize will be carried over to the next Online Entry Pool Scanpan 10 Piece Cookware Set prize draw date on which the Promoter has received enough entries to award some or all of the Scanpan 10 Piece Cookware Set prizes. For the Mail Entry Pool Draw, the first two valid entries randomly drawn from all valid Mail Entry Pool entries received will each win an Scanpan 10 Piece Cookware Set prize and the next ten valid entries randomly drawn from all Mail Entry Pool entries received will win a Scanpan Cooking Pack prize.
8 The prizes are as stated in the Prize Details.
9 The winners will be notified in accordance with the Winners Notification above. By entering this competition, each entrant requests that his or her full address not be published.
10 The winners must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of any prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material.
11 The Promoter may require winners to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.
12 If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded and a new winner of that prize will be determined by drawing a further valid entry in accordance with paragraph 7.
13 The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent or effect of annoying, abusing, threatening or harassing any other person.
14 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. If a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state and territory if required.
16 If a prize has not been accepted or claimed in accordance with the Prize Claim Date and Time, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter will conduct such further draws in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Draw Details as are necessary to distribute the prize(s), subject to any requirements of the gaming authorities in each state and territory. Any winner(s) in this draw will be notified as stated in the Unclaimed Prize Draw Winner Notification.
17 The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
18 Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage or delay in transit to prizes.
19 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. Each entrant completely releases Facebook from any and all liability.
20 If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state and territory if required.
21 The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where this competition involves, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants will follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
22 All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this competition or communicating with entrants. If the entrant has marked the “opt-in” box on the entry form, the entrant consents to the storage of their personal information on the Promoter’s database and the Promoter may use this information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding the Promoter’s products including contacting the entrant via electronic messaging. By entering this competition, entrants consent to receiving SMS or email messages from the Promoter. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. Entrants can request access to the personal information the Promoter holds about them by contacting the Promoter at their address stated in the Promoter section of these conditions.
