1. Information on how to enter and prize details forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
2. The competition commences on Wednesday 26th March 2014 12.01AM AEDST and concludes on Tuesday 8th April 2014 11.59PM AEST.
ELIGEBILITY:
3. Competition is open to Australian residents only.
4. Employees or a member of the immediate family of an employee of Harris Scarfe/ HS Home and/or are a sponsor or affiliate associated with the contest are not eligible for entry.
ENTRY:
5. To enter the promotion, eligible entrants must, during the promotional period:
– “Like” the Harris Scarfe Facebook page; and
– Tell us in 25 words or less why you would like this RACO Australia Cookware package.
6. One (1) entry per person. No person may enter the contest more than once.
7. All competition entries and any material submitted in connection with any contest (written, audio, electronic or visual) becomes the property of Harris Scarfe. It is a condition of entry that you allow the promoter to use, display and publish your entry received without further reference, payment, compensation or remuneration to you.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
9. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
10. To enter you need to be a subscriber to the hs Friends newsletter. By entering you will automatically be subscribed to the hs Friends newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
11. In entering the competition, each entrant warrants that their entry does not contain material that infringes in any way the rights of anyone else.
VALIDITY OF ENTRIES:
12. Harris Scarfe reserves the right to request information to verify the validity of entries including proof of identity and proof of residency. Verification is at the discretion of Harris Scarfe, whose decision is final. Harris Scarfe Management reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
PRIZE DRAW:
13. Harris Scarfe Management will judge all entries and determine the winner on Wednesday 9th April 2014. This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. The entry judged most creative will win the prize. Harris Scarfe’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
PRIZE:
14. There will be one (1) winner of the competition, who will receive a RACO Australia Cookware Package valued at $839.85. The pack includes a Raco Kitchen Essentials 9pc Cookware Set, Raco Premium Cedar Wood 6pc Knife Block Set & Raco Professional Choice Open French Skillet Twin Pack.
15. All prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable in any way and cannot be taken as cash.
WINNER NOTIFICATION:
16. The winners will be contacted via phone and email on Wednesday 9th April 2014 via the phone number and email provided in their competition entry. The winner will be asked for their postal details.
17. The winner’s first name, surname initial and suburb will be published at www.harrisscarfe.com.au and via Harris Scarfe social media channels on Wednesday 9th April 2014.
