Gardena Australia – Win 1 of 3 My Little Garden Kits (submit photo of your child)

The competition closes on Sunday 15th December, 2013 at 8pm AEST .

Winners will be notified by email, and their name will be published on the GARDENA Australia Facebook page www.facebook.com/gardenaaustralia on Tuesday 17th December, 2013.

TO ENTER THE ENTRANT MUST

(i) Be a parent or legal guardian of the child in the photograph

(ii) The photo must have no imagery of the child’s genitalia

(iii) The photo must not display a child in an inappropriate way or a dangerous situation (as determined in the sole discretion of the Promoter). If the entry is deemed inappropriate or offensive, it will be removed by GARDENA Facebook administrators at their discretion.

(iv) All photos must be the sole work of the entrant. The entrant’s entry must be original and must not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights.

4. HOW TO ENTER & PLAY
Entrants are to ‘like’ the GARDENA Australia Facebook page, enter their personal details to participate, upload their selected image, and provide a short description of what their child is doing in the photo.

All appropriate entries will be entered and published to the competition, where page followers may then vote for the photos they like best. (Each photo can only be voted for once by each person. Invalid votes may be removed if a significant amount of votes for the one photo from the one IP address is detected).

At the end of the campaign period (Monday 25th November, 2013 – Sunday 15th December, 2013) the three entries which receive the most votes will win a prize.

The winners drawn are final and cannot be reviewed or appealed in any way. This includes any events or circumstances not covered by or anticipated in these terms & conditions.
