Win a Topdeck Trip to New Zealand for you and three mates!
Conditions of Entry
1. Information about the prize and how to enter forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry by each entrant. Entry is via Internet only.
2. Entry is free and open to residents of Australia aged 18 – 39 years of age at the time of travel (“Eligible Entrant”), who enter the promotion in the required manner.
3. Employees of Flight Centre Limited, Topdeck Tours Pty Ltd, and their immediate families are not permitted to enter.
Duration of the Promotion
4. Entry into the competition opens at 10:00am (AEST) Monday 10 March, 2014 and closes at 3:00pm (AEST) on Monday, 31 March 2014 (“the Promotional Period”).
How to Enter
5. A maximum of three (3) entries per person will be valid. Eligible Entrants can enter the promotion in the following way.
a. To enter the competition the entrant must go to www.facebook.com/flightcentreau and click on the ‘WIN’ application on www.facebook.com/flightcentreau. If the user does not already ‘like’ the page, they will be required to press ‘like’ and then fill in the online entry form which includes indicating which prize they are entering to win. If the entrant already ‘likes’ the Facebook page they will not be required to click the ‘like’ button. The tick box to accept the competition terms and conditions which includes authorising email subscription must be ticked for the entry to be valid.
6. After completing an initial entry as outlined in Condition 5a, eligible entrants may acquire two (2) additional entries. One (1) extra entry can be gained per sharing option used by the entrant. Sharing options include Facebook (1) and Twitter (1). The sharing functions are located on the competition entry confirmation page.
7. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the promotional period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
8. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the Promotional Websites shall be deemed invalid and will result in an ineligible entry.
9. In order to subscribe to the Flight Centre email newsletter and complete the online entry form eligible entrants will be required to provide their first and last name, current and valid email address, mobile number, postcode, state or residence and date of birth.
10. Any costs associated with accessing the Promotional Website remains the responsibility of each entrant and are dependent on the Internet Service Provider used.
11. By entering the competition the winner consents to the use of their name, state of residence and image for promotional and marketing purposes.
Details of Prizes
12. There will be a total of one (1) prize drawn with a total maximum prize value of up to $6,780.
a. The prize includes four (4) return economy Air New Zealand flights to Christchurch from the winner’s nearest capital city and four (4) 7 Day Southern Explorer (ANGKCO) Topdeck Trips.
Prize conditions:
· Winner must claim prize by 5:00pm, Monday 30 April 2014 or the winner forfeits the prize.
· Prize must be booked by Sunday 25 May, 2014.
· All passengers must be booked onto the same trip on the same booking.
· Prize is valid for travel up to 31 December, 2014.
· Prize is subject to availability.
· Trip includes accommodation in single sex, multi share rooms.
· Prize winner can upgrade to twin accommodation at their own cost, subject to room availability .
· All passengers must be aged between 18 – 39 years old at the time of travel.
· Prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
· Once trip departure date have been booked full modification and cancellation fees apply.

· Prize does not include transfers, visas, pre/post accommodation, spending money, optional activities or any other items not articulated in the product descriptions found on the abovementioned websites.
· Prize must be taken in full. Flights will not be provided if the Topdeck Trip is not taken.

· Each traveler is responsible for purchasing their own travel insurance.
Prize Draw
13. There will be one (1) computer automated prize draw generating a total of one (1) Prize Winner.
14. The prize draw will take place at Level 2, 545 Queen Street, Brisbane QLD 4000.
15. The time and date of the prize draw is 4:00pm AEST on Monday 31 March, 2014.
Notification of Winner
16. The prize winner will be notified by phone, email and by the publication of their name on www.facebook.com/flightcentreau on Monday 31 March, 2014 before 5:00pm AEST.
17. The Promoter will assist the Prize Winner as much as is practicable to ensure the prize is taken according to these terms and conditions.
Unclaimed Prize Draw
18. If any prize has not been claimed by the winner by 5:00pm (AEST) on Monday, 30 April 2014 (“the unclaimed prizes”), an unclaimed prize draw for the unclaimed prize will occur at 11:00am (AEST) on Tuesday 1 May 2014. The unclaimed prize draw will be a random computer generated prize draw. The winner will be notified by phone and email and by the publication of their name on www.facebook.com/flightcentreau on Tuesday 1 May, 2014 before 5:00pm AEST.
