Snoop will be playing with fellow Big Day Out artist Mac Miller in Melbourne and Sydney, and with Major Lazer and Flosstradamus in Brisbane, before finishing off his run with a show in Auckland. If you’re one of the winners, you’ll score tickets for yourself and three friends to the show of your choice as well as a six-month subscription to the Rdio streaming service.

Snoop Dogg transformed into Snoop Lion for his reggae album of last year Reincarnated, which accompanies a movie of the same name documenting his conversion to Rastafarianism. The album was produced by Diplo and his Major Lazer crew, who are also here for the Big Day Out and will be joining him at the Brisbane sideshow. However, Snoop has reassured Australian fans that he’ll still be playing his Dogg-days hits like ‘Gin And Juice’, ‘Drop It Like It’s Hot’, and ‘The Next Episode’ when he blazes up the main stage on the Big Day Out tour in January.

“There’s still a Dogg in me so I continue to do the Dogg especially when I come to places like Australia that really love me and really love the Dogg,” Snoop told Richard Wilkins during a recent interview. “Look out for a little bit of the Dogg, and a little bit of the Lion; I’m gonna slide that in there too.”
